I was disappointed that it took from ordering on the 10th July to delivery on 5th September for my parcel to arrive

I just love my clothes so so much. Thank you! Can't wait to buy more!

Since it's getting colder at night again, I ordered the 90's Neon Waffle Cotton Set to wear as pyjamas, among other things. It has already arrived, and I am very happy with the material and quality.
Only the fit is a bit strange. The top is quite narrow and short for an XL size, while the trousers are long and wide. They both fit, but they look a bit strange together.
Another positive point about the shipping is that to reach the minimum order value for free shipping, I also ordered some 'pre-order' items and was worried that I would have to wait until the whole order was ready. However, I received the set immediately, even though this meant the company had to pay double postage. Great!

Addendum: Unfortunately, disappointment has caught up with me. I wrote a very polite email asking about the approximate processing time for my delivery and emphasized that I’m happy to wait because the products look great. Not only was my email left unanswered, but my order was canceled with a cold, automated message. I was left stunned and feel really bad. Why would they do that?

Update:
I’ve now changed my review to five stars, as everything has finally been resolved. Although the delivery took from August until December, the products are genuinely worth the wait – the quality and design are excellent. What’s more, the money for the items that couldn’t be delivered was refunded without any issues.

I can fully appreciate the difficulties with subcontractors, yet selling products only once they are physically in stock would have easily prevented the frustration. Thank you nonetheless for the fair and professional handling of the situation.

Great cloths for the little ones

The site itself is clear and it's super easy to peruse all the wares on offer. The ordering process was easy and quick. The products I ordered were delivered quite quickly and the communication throughout was excellent. The products themselves seem to be excellent quality and the fit is great!

Pretty good, soft and comfortable but colours not a good match for the website images, and one sock got a snag on the first wear

The adult tights are so comfy and warm and fit perfectly. It took a little while to get here as I live in the UK. I like that Slugs & Snails offer such nice quality clothing. I'm going to for sure get some more.

They were advertised as thick waffle cotton but I would describe it as adequate thickness. Yes they are not cheap flimsy material but I wouldn't describe them as thick. I got the mustard colour which looks more yellow than mustard - definitely not the colour that they look online.

The service was very good and fast. The socks are very tight and were hard to put on my grandson . He didn’t like the feeling of the tight socks. It is a pity . Maybe look at getting a wider fit for wider feet.

Lovely company and owners behind it. Fantastic support and genuinely nice in every way. Their product range is great though I've only bought adult tights for myself yet which are superb. Fun designs and comfortable! The adult tights are also generous in sizing (fits me 186cm tall) way more than enough. Shaped feet (seams like socks, as it should be) and comfort panel/gusset is perfection. Hope one day the patterns will go all the way up like the kids' variants do! I've bought more than once from them but not every time through their webshop (since there is a local retailer for them here).

Great products at a great price, even when factoring in postage to Australia! Quality is superb as is their ethics. I've been buying Slugs n Snails for about 6 years, this was the first time direct. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful little brand, in an age where everything is mass produced and AI lead I really love how they are always available to their customers even out of shopping hours and help. I contacted them recently to ask for a change in my order and it was done instantly at that was at 11pm!!! Their quality is amazing and I loved the free little iron on patches that came with the waffle sets.

*Edit: the response from the company seems deranged. Another name? A £300 prize?! Just, wow. That tells me all I need to know.

I'm amazed this company is still going. I'm still, even years later, baffled by the way they treated me (and I can see from other reviews they are still awful with customer service). They were getting in some new products, and I ordered them via pre-order. They asked their customers via their page that everyone please be patient, that it may take a number of months to get it from whatever suppliers they were using and we would get the items eventually. I'd been a loyal customer for years, so out of respect for what seemed to be a stressful time for them, I left it a while, 6 months I think, before finally getting in contact to ask whether the items had yet been shipped. I was told they should've been with me ages ago. So of course I said I hadn't received anything, there was no post, no emails, no information at all. They basically claimed I was lying, or that it was lost in post and not their problem. They didn't refund me, they didn't look into it, the owner was very rude and unkind and made me feel bad for 'waiting too long' to ask about it, even though she'd literally asked her customers to do so. I always remember it as one of the weirdest interactions I've ever had with a company. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

Very beautiful tights, even though I'm a man, I've been wearing tights since I was a child.

I ordered some patches and they arrived quickly. The patches were excellent and a lovely bright design.

This was my first purchase here but I had found the site much earlier, at that time the Dino tights were only available in S/M and I was a little sad that I had not found the site earlier, so I was very happy when I read that there should be a restock and bought the tights immediately in M/L after restock, the shipping was very fast, the design and the color look great. The tights also fit me quite well although I have longer legs, I just hope that the tights will not shrink too much after washing but in any case I am happy to finally have tights with great motifs and not always only the boring solid colors, for the future I would find it great if the dragons or one of the two space theme tights would also get in adult size but either way the next order is already made
