I was recommended to smaart recruitment by a friend when I arrived in Sydney. I have used recruitment agencies before and always felt like I was put in roles for the benefit of the recruiter rather than me. However, this was not the case with smaart. Scott took a real interest in what I was looking for and only put me forward for roles that he believed were suitable for me. Horrible to deal with!! Never again!!!!!!! I have been called for an face to face interview after a phone interview with them. It all seems smooth. On the interview day I called them up prior to inform that there were a disturbance on the road n train was cancelled will be there within 20 mins. The agent on the line told me it's ok. Will let the team know and see me soon. After I arrived within time, I can't believe that they told me the interview is almost over and they are not taking or seeing anyone anymore. Then one in the room look out like I m a fcuking fool!! And They don't even bother listening to me but only asked me to leave!!! My god I feel like I have been just playing like a game or even a pest?? What a joke?! These people are the worst agents I have never dealt with in my whole life!! I have never been treated like this before! Please save yourself by going to a descent agency!! I can't even explain how upset I was!

Scott was an absolute delight through the entire recruitment process. I came to him unsure of what job would best suit me and what I wanted from my time here in Sydney. I gave him a simple brief of what I was looking for and within a day he came back to me with the perfect role. I immediately felt he had invested time in me as a person, rather than a number on his desk. Maintaining contact from the day I reached out to him, through the interview process, even now 3 months in to the role. He made a valiant effort to make sure I was happy and that it stayed that way. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for work in Sydney, Scott will make the entire process seamless.
