I couldn't give Smaart more than 2 stars because the last experience I had at Sturt University was 'horrible'. I can't describe it any other way because it all seemed so badly organised and I had a bit of an altercation with a fellow, casual invigilator whose temper got the better of him and he took it out on me. I also found out we were underpaid and that it wasn't rectified so I have no respect for an organisation that lets this happen.

Anastasia Sideris was fantastic in helping me find work at a corporate sales role. Thanks for helping to place me!

I worked with Sandra from SMAART Recruitment and had a great experience! She was positive, motivating and encouraging through the whole interview process. I left feeling great and I was confident a position would be available very soon. I had an interview for a job within a week and started a few days later! Great experience :)

My experience was very comfortable and positive. The assistance that I received was welcoming and the process of getting an interview was quick and before I knew it I got the job! So I was very happy with the experience.

The team at SMAART are extremely professional whilst maintaining the friendliest of attitudes. They are an excellent recruitment company and I commend them on their work! Emma was an extremely accomodating interviewer!

Didn't contribute towards super on bonus I earnt. But as super on bonus is a legal requirement they deducted it from the bonus instead. So in essence I paid my own super.

Exceptional client focus and put me in a role I wanted not a role that suited their agendas.

Firstly, I would like to say that the girl who recruited me was lovely, nothing against her.

Although, there's every chance she doesn't work there anymore considering I went through you guys nearly 3 years ago...?

Secondly, the job I was hired for was revolting. The girl who was recruiting for them was very, VERY aware of how disgusting he was but down-played it I presume to keep the account.

Although I know that not long after you lost that account anyway, definitely for the best.

The guys at SMAART took the time to follow up with me in my new role and liase with my new employer when i needed them to.

When i turned down the job for swcond interview i was shunned by the smaart consultant.

Considering i was working at a place through smaart for over 6 months then taken on from that employer.

I was dissapointed with my second experience.

The consultant I dealt with was extremely rude. I would not choose to recommend this agency to others. Customer service was shocking
