I had applied for several jobs though Smaart & only ever got 2 consultants to get in touch with me over 2 years of applying for jobs. I did manager to get one job that only lasted for 6 months. I tried following up for more work but apparently my request for the type of employment was too great to be catered for.

The role and specifics of the job including it only being casual were not made apparent at time of interview. Apart from that great service

My dealings with Sarah were very professional. Every effort was made to provide training and education prior to commencing the assignment. Payment was prompt and efficient. I would have no qualms in recommending this agency.

interviewer Emma was really great, was professional enough but also casual to put me at ease during the process. Emma was able to get me prepared for the final interview w employer and was there to welcome us on our first day which was really comforting

I've had good experience with Smaart Recruitment. They placed me initially for some temporary/casual roles. Once I performed well in the temporary/casual roles, I applied for a full-time position for which Smaart Recruitment were going through a group recruitment process. I applied for the role and and got through to get the full-time job.

Really great process set up - hands on and friendly. Made me feel comfortable about the whole process and insanely quick contact times which is a bonus. I like that Emma was really involved with the whole process and was there to answer questions. The practice role play was really helpful too.
Would definitely promote smaart as a good recruitment company to go through.

As a new immigtant, it was really tough to get a job because employers prefers people with local experience, but you guys moved mountains. After my first interview in Smaart office my lovely agent Denise did a swift work on making an appoinment with my employer for an interview then everything happened like a snap! Unfortunately my experience with other consultants at Smaart since then has been less than ideal.

Great roles for entry level customer service and sales but may need to look elsewhere for more senior roles.

Knew what they were talking about and gave me as much information that they could. At the end of the day it was up to me to put the hard work in and gain employment, which I did and happily gained full time permanent employment.
