Quick, polite and efficient service
I needed to update my login email for Post. I emailed the admin email address, and in less than an hour I received a phone call from an agent who had already made the change. Wasn't really that simple and was…
Wasn't really that simple and was rather rude and intrusive. For example my friend used my card as he didn't have his on him and all of a sudden I am being checked for fraud. Funny thing is the actual company details where never checked or double confirmed. Not the greatest experience not to mention when there is a company called tide that do it for completely free and with no hassle.

In the meantime please accept our apologies if one of our staff appeared rude.
Until the matter has been fully investigated, two issues stand out from your complaint:
1- Tide only does free formations if you take one of their bank accounts and they do not offer any other service normally available to start ups. They are also obliged to carry out ID checks in compliance of Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations
2-We are obliged to run AML checks when a third party's card is being used to form a company for someone else. We are also obliged to check that permission has been given for the use of that card. Historically this has been the first indicator of fraud.
When we have looked into this matter further, we will respond fully.
