Vat registration for £26+vat, nope!
Offers Vat registration for £26+vat, but was rude and arrogant copying and pasting the same thing in chat.
Seems you have to buy a whole lot more to get the £26 registration package.

NOT OUR CLIENT AND NO SERVICE PROVIDED.
You formed your company yourself (either with another agent or directly with Companies House) and asked us to register it for VAT. We only provide a VAT registration service as an optional add-on to the company formation package.
You were advised that we could not accept your order and have taken offence.
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND KYC CHECKS
When clients place company formation orders, there are automated processes for applying Anti-money laundering and KYC (know your client ) checks. This is not the case for non-company formation orders. We would have to apply checks manually and use the expensive Smart Search Software system to accept your order. Accordingly, our policy is to limit the VAT registration process to company formation clients only.

But for me as a first time setting up the company, there was a 1-2 section hard to understand for me, but after a research I hope I made it correct.

Try to extract more money
Do not use this company. They made up some BS that one of the directors had to have an extra MLR check, even though they are a UK national and have other UK businesses. Funnily enough they offer their own service for checking 'for a fee of course'- funny that.

We are sorry to learn that you are not satisfied with our service. We set out the ID requirements in our document "ID requirements", which can be found in the tab at the top of our website marked "Before you start."
1-REGULATIONS: We (like all company formation agents) are regulated by the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Regulations 2019, London Local Authorities Act 2007, and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines. Accordingly, we must verify the ID and address of all our customers and our customers' shareholders and officers where they meet pre-defined criteria.
2-90% AUTOMATIC PASS: Most of our clients are not affected by the verification process because it is automated and conducted electronically, with a 90% success rate. The information you supply on the order form is usually sufficient.
3- YOUR OFFICER FAILED THE ID CHECK: One of the officers of your company is Polish and failed the standard verification test. Accordingly, we could only verify her by doing an enhanced check.
4-£13 CHARGE FOR ENHANCED CHECK: As stated in our document "ID Requirements", we have a charge for carrying out the enhanced ID check. The charge covers the Smart Search fee of £13, and we make no profit. Please go to the Smart Search website, and you will be able to confirm their charge.
You have received a full refund for your order, and we hope that you now understand our position.

I was having issues to log on the…
I was having issues to log on the website to check my post, I called the customer support and Martin tried to help me multiple times to access the folders, but the system was not working. Martin offered to email me the files and said that was going to call the IT and come back to me. After 10 minutes, he called me back and managed to help me with system access and also emailed me the files. Great customer experience. Thank you.
