Paid for a TV on the 12th of October with 4-8 working days delivery. Received an email saying it’s dispatched 15th October. It’s now the 24th of October and no TV. They have no phone number so you can’t speak to anyone. Online chat is either offline or never answered. Sent multiple emails and had one reply saying they were looking into it and to give them 24 hours. 24 hours passed and no further contact. Problems happen but there’s no excuse for not keeping customers updated, especially when you have their £1900. Incredibly frustrating. So pleased I paid on a credit card so at least have some protections. I will edit this when it’s resolved.
Update: Received an email saying my TV has been “quarantined for inspection by a manager at the delivery depot” which sounds familiar if you’ve read the other reviews. They offered to source another and estimated delivery on the 29th or 30th. They also offered me alternative TVs at discounted prices but as I have no confidence in the process I requested a refund which has apparently been processed very quickly. Money is back on my credit card as of 30th October.
TV is great and in new quality. Delivery was speedy and check on arrival.

Smartappliances delivered my product to the time they stated, worked around my schedule, letting me know of any potential issues on the way. The team were friendly, efficient and respectful of our home. The team carefully removed the product from its packaging and tested it to ensure all was in good order before leaving.
Ordered a Samsung tv and then panicked after reading all the reviews. Yes they are an online company so emails and live chat are the only way to contact them. Don’t expect an instant reply but they do reply. I send numerous emails with all my concern and anxieties but to be honest the Tv was perfect. Only criticism is that the courier is slow and a little disorganised which I’ve been told is being dealt with. I had to contact them directly and keep harassing them with the delivery.
They had a problem with emails which is now sorted apparently and the tv took a couple of weeks to come but my expectations were managed and it’s a great purchase many thanks

The whole process ordering from this company was a nightmare. It took over three weeks for the item to be delivered and I was offered the one day I said I couldn’t do. When it arrived it was the wrong product and the company admitted they had sent a different product to the one I ordered which is a breach of contract. Despite being in breach they refused to refund until they got the item back from the courier which took another week to get back to them. Then I had to wait yet another week to receive the refund. You may save a little money with them but what’s the point if you can’t guarantee receiving the item you ordered in a timely manner. Also the “expert” delivery team were really rough with the TV wielding box cutting knives very close to the screen whilst opening it. Just awful service all round, would give 0 stars if I could.

During a recent house move, the 'invisible cable for my Samsung Frame was damaged. I tried several outfits on ebay, and kept getting the wrong cable! Smart appliances sorted it out even telling me where to find the serial number and the right cable duly arrived a day later. Excellent service, highly recommend.
