Do not let these cowboys fit your boiler made a right mess of our floor cut the boards so there was no joist underneath and my foot went through the floor. Cut floor boards to short never fastened any of them back down. And also they are using migrants for cheap cash labour . Then will not come out and put it right. Left alll there rubbish in my garage and around the back. But they made sure to take the new water tank and all copper piping very dodgy. They didn’t fit the fans in the kitchen or bathroom and never put vents in the windows and the manager is a vile pig on the phone

Arrived on time, friendly chaps..worked neatly despite being a big job, left me good instructions overall no concerns at all. Cleaned up after themselves

All the issues mentioned in the negative reviews are correct. I know from personal experience. I suspect the good reviews are from lucky customers or as has been suggested by another reviewer, some are possibly fake.

This company are only fast to get the job completed, so that they get paid. After that, the after sales service is either slow or non existent.

They employ sub-contractors to do the work and some of these are cowboys. They have no respect for your property and will try to get you to sign to say they are not responsible for any damage caused, after they have completed the job and done damage. Please read the small print before you sign anything! When they do try to repair damage it is botched and they leave a mess behind.

If your system doesn't work properly, you will wait months even if it is a serious fault and they ignore emails chasing them up, so you will have to get the repair done yourself, especially if it is an emergency.

The scheme they actually sell is a good one if you are eligible, but please find another company who offer this, and check the reviews first. There are many who do the Eco Scheme and try to find a local company. When I agreed to them doing my boiler upgrade there were no reviews about them on Trustpilot, although a couple of negative ones had started to appear on Google, so I should have followed my instinct about those.

My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs or you will live to regret it. 28% bad reviews (at the time of writing) cannot be wrong.

Avoid this company at all costs, they reassure you with promises to repair issues and respond to safety issues, but this will not happen.

The company is currently under investigation for extremely sub-standard boiler installations.

I have personally experienced these issues and have been left with an installation that failed to meet standards and after multiple barefaced lies from the boiler manager, I've had to resort to engaging a professional company repair and replace all the issues noted by Tecnika the QA company.

Noor and Ash arrived in time to install the boiler, they did the job very professionally, quickly and efficiently and the job was finished neatly. They were also helpful in explaining how to use the boiler. Great service.

Ibrar has done an excellent job. Everything from start to finish very helpful. I was kept updated all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this company.
