These people have cold-called on my elderly parents, sweet talked my Dad into letting them in the house then pressured them in to having a 'survey' done telling them all sorts of cr@p about being eligible for free boiler and heating installations and then asking for information about my dad's medical conditions to 'back up the application' ! My Mam has been worried sick about it and I've reassured her now that it's perfectly fine to cancel the appointment which she didn't really want to have in the first place. This is no way to go about getting business and it's extremely unethical to deal with vulnerable people in this way.

ok where do i start, not only is working for this company a complete disgrace but the measures themselves, going into customers home ect is totally wrong. hired me as a team leader. had 1 day training and was sent out on pitch, had a 21 year old training me up, who was more interested in smoking drugs during his shift rather than train the new staff, anyway. done a member of my team out of almost 2k in wages. insulted another member of my team who’s 16 years old, telling him to “ f* up” and “f *off” they take advantage of poor elderly on benefits to get them to sign up for a “ free “ boiler to then which the hide the fact they have to pay a few hundred pounds…. not to mention the total lack of empathy they had when they decided to sack my team 1 week before christmas. the admin staff are complete bitcheez and have texted myself and the staff members abusive messages. we’ve had threatening phone calls and the boss “ marvin” who btw is clueless has a whole other side buisness where he tells customers they’re boiler will be upgraded by one company but he’s setting up through a private company so he makes me more money. Stay clear and if you want to the eco 4 thing correctly, search before you sign up. these boilers are unreliable, the installers are cowboys and the company owners are absolute tools.

If anyone comes to your home called Smart Energy Sense close the door! don't break breath to them! They literally tricked my sons father into giving his details to see if he was eligible for boiler grant. Next thing we know they applied for funding without our consent or even doing a survey! absolute pushy door to door sales then text to say its ordered they would need to send it back! they best not have impacted our right to a new boiler as they already claimed our funding. Total con men stear clear!
