Excellent service - clear explanations, tidy and efficient installation.

Good and clear instructions for me and to know that I can speak to someone when I need to.

Very efficient. Everthing was explained in great detail by the fitter. The phone app is a very big asset. I feel totally safe now.

I never give full marks when doing a feed-back form since there must always be an opportunity for some improvement (even if I can't think what it is).
Smart Home Protection do provide what I want in reassurance when I am away from home. The latest update should provide the information by the cameras to enable appropriate and quick action by the monitoring team - not tested yet and hopefully not to be required
My only qualm is the multiplicity of equipment fitted to the walls but I am not sure how else the system could be installed - at least the main box is now a little smaller.

Honest approach and clear description of what is offered. Already tripped alarm in error and got a quick call as I was unable to respond within the 25 seconds.

Only concern is that having paid up front for the ongoing response service what would happen if the service ceases.

A Quick efficient and effective service. Old system removed and the new system installed with no mess and nothing to do when finished. Like how several locations can be set independently which is ideal for outbuildings.

We are very pleased with this company. We have used their home protection service for a number of years now and recently extended coverage to include the garden shed following a theft from that unprotected area. The staff are polite, helpful and prompt and the ongoing contract is not overpriced. Our alarm system gives us great peace of mind, especially with the introduction of the app on our phones, which means we can check that the house is undisturbed no matter where we are. I would recommend them.

Friendly professional staff. Our alarm has activated several times ...luckily, not an intruder but weather conditions. The call centre staff have always been courteous and calm, even in the middle of the night.
The system seems expensive at the outset but it really isn't, over ten years monitoring and servicing.

Have always found Smart Home Protection polite and helpfull on questons and clear in the advice they give.

I have had this alarm system for a number of years and have found the company to be very responsive and reliable. For example, I went to work one day leaving a pan alight on the stove. They got no response from my husband who was in bed and alerted the neighbours. I felt very reassured by this. The alarm is regularly intersected every year by someone who is on time and always helpful if I have a query.

Only had it a few days, but it seems the business. I like that it covers my garage/workshop as well. Can't fault the customer service. Ticked all the boxes so far.
And I can even turn it on and off from the mobile phone I'd had for 18 months before I could answer it.
Update on above------
Small misunderstanding on how the system was set up led to an unwanted alarm being triggered. (At least it proved the monitoring service is spot on) But it only took a phone call and 10 minutes for Smart to 'adjust' the programme online. The customer service and backup is brilliant. You really can't fault it.
Even more impressed now!

Very competent and helpful assistance given

A bit expensive to stay safe, but in these times isn’t everything.
Everything was fully explained and made sense. Our usual maintainer was the one to bring us up to the new standard and could not be faulted.

Very quick reply to initial enquiry, very good initial appointment with representative with good explanations. Installation followed within a week. This was carried out very well, with discussion about placement of units etc. Since then no problems setting alarm especially from App. Would recommend to friends etc.
