Updating with new system. Installed very professionally and with the minimum of inconvenience. The system is working well with no problems and was well explained. I would recommend (I have recommended!).

Simple unexaggerated explanation of what the system can do and what it won't. Installation was swift and tidy and use explained clearly. Follow up good. Was tested immediately - app worked well.

From start to finish this company has been helpful and efficient.
The equipment and the installation is top class and we feel that our home and outbuildings are now very safe 24/7 once the alarm is set. There is a security company response team (local police are also informed) to any alarm that is not confirmed as false by us within minutes. The system includes a fire alarm which automatically calls the Brigade.

We invited SMART Home Protection in to our home to help us protect our biggest investment we’re ever likely to make; our home. Neither myself or my wife were disappointed, having had a number of other companies disappoint us in the past. SMART were professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite. No pushy sales tactics, which was a big plus for me! The installation process was seamless - the engineer was tidy, pleasant and very polite and the after sales support has been superb. I would like to have given 5 stars but the key pad does not perform as stated in the instructions. All works fine now, just different.

We are very pleased with the Smart Home Protection System that we have in place. We were given excellent advice and service from Simon, the company representative, and also from Andy who fitted the equipment. Both of these men spent a lot of time explaining the system to my husband and I and were courteous at all times. The only reason that I haven't given 5 stars is because of the keyfob. We have the 4 button fob and find it difficult to see the difference between the lock and unlock buttons. It is a black fob and I think white print would be clearer than the grey colour used for the pictures. Apart from that, well done!!
