We have been a customer for about 6 years and have enjoyed excellent service for annual servicing and the very few problems we have encountered. I have no hesitation in recommending Smart Home Protection very highly.

From start to finish helpful staff and good explanations about the system. The system was installed within a few days of ordering. Technician very helpful and quick. Good explanations on how system works and the options to alarm and switch off.
Follow up at two weeks very helpful.

The system is working well and the installation was carried out with the minimum of disruption by the engineer, We are very pleased with the installation and feel more secure now.

I am so grateful for the day I bought our Smart Home Protection system . It gives me complete peace of mind knowing that our home is being monitored, as well as the knowledge that I only have to press a button for someone to listen in if there is someone from a utility company in the house I am not happy about. They will store details of your medication if you wish and if you press a button to summon medical help they will pass the information straight to the paramedics. The Customer Service is second to none, all the staff are professional, friendly and very kind. The technician who services the equipment is polite and very thorough. I recommend Smart Home Protection unreservedly.

My first setting of the system was on Saturday 28/10/17 when I set it to my exclude my bedroom suite and I remembered to cancel the setting when I awoke-no problem
Last night-29th I did the same again but forgot to cancel consequently there were e few bleeps when I entered the Drawing Room then the alarm went off. I quickly grabbed my I-Phone and turned it off-within seconds both my phones rang the caller being told all was well and I supplied the pre-determined password.
Although not intended it was an ideal test of the system which passed with flying colours giving great peace of mind

Very thorough introduction to explain everything. Everything done when it was supposed to be and very professional. After care service also seems very good, I emailed one minor question via the website at about 9 pm and got a reply by text within 20 mins. If any minor niggles it was only that the engineer had different thoughts about where the sensor cameras should go to the sales representative, minor issue though. Overall so far very good.

I have always found them most helpful on the telephone. The engineer that comes to the house has always been the same one and comes on time and again is most polite and helpful. We have had excellent service.

The installation of the alarm system was done very professionally. Everything is wireless so no unsightly wires everywhere. The installer fully explained how the system works and the included app is great.
So far everything has worked perfectly with no false alarms from the intruder side of things. The monitoring definitely works as I accidentally set the smoke alarm off and very quickly got a call from the company checking if everything was OK.
All in all, I'm very pleased.

I have a security system installed and monitored by Smart Home Protection and my experience so far has been good. If there are any technical hitches an engineer is promptly on the case, and if I contact the company by telephone there has always been someone to answer the phone and deal with my enquiry.

I have had my alarm system installed and have been happy with the service and product so far, giving me peace of mind for my home and belongings. The app is also a very helpful handy tool
