I put in for a phone for my son checked my emails and found out i did not get it they take £2.50 to do a credit check when it states no credit checks i am not too happy with this company

I am sorry to hear that we were not able to fulfill an order for you in this instance. The £2.50 needs to be taken to verify the banking information that you have provided is correct.
However, the credit check is taken out by the network to make a decision regarding your application. This is explained in the Terms and Conditions of the contract and your delivery date is advised to be subject to acceptance by the network based on the result of the credit check.
I apologise for any inconveniences caused. The £2.50 will be refunded 3-5 working days from the date your contract was declined. If you have any further concerns please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

Very bad experience with this company first time using them. I have purchased through their other companies Buymobiles.net and mobile phones direct with no issues previously but this time they are trying for £100 from me for repairs to an iPhone X that I returned after a couple of days. They have emailed me some pictures claiming that it is the phone that I returned with several scratches to the front ,back,charging port and SIM slot. That is all impossible . I called them several times to point out that there has been some kind of mistake but they are not accepting this. Please do not use this company they do not listen.
