The company uses Royal Mail so I didn't have any problems getting my parcel.
It was well rapt up and on time in the mail.

Communication with Smash E-Liquid was prompt and precise. They couriered the package swiftly and on time. The e-liquid quality is excellent and very smooth to the throat. Will surely recommend their product to all and will keep on buying from them.

First of all this is a Chinese company. Everything is shipped from China. It takes a while. The 72% Nic I received seems ok. But the deception on their store front is dubious. I won't order from them again. Far better prices from European products, and more assurance of standards, defiantly not a company I'd recommend.

This reply under here is a absolute bullshat. Blaming me for delivery times when their office address is on the damn invoice.

I purchased the Red slush 70vg and 30pg. At first it smelt very chemically and was told to steep the liquid. After a week steeping it smelt nice but made me cough so much I was almost sick. This seems like a wrongly calculated mixture so it has gone down the drain along with my future with this company.

Absolutely spot on, order came quickly with no leaks or mistakes. Only tried 2 flavours out of 10 I ordered so far but both have been great tasting and plenty cloudy, at £1.80 per 50ml Inc nic shot I was sceptical but honestly I've got nothing to complain about, ok at first when I opened the package and saw most of the eliquid is coloured I wondered how it would react with the wicks but seems to be fine and I'd assume just food grade colouring so not going to make a difference to taste or vapour. I'd definitely recommend this company and I'll be trying some other flavours soon as they have a huge selection.

Great prices but way to slow delivery.
For what you can get for the prices you pay there great but after paying for postage they dont give you any indication on how long the delivery will take to arrive and in my case with the past 2 orders its taken more then a week. i dont expect this long of a wait when i have to pay for the delivery.

I was sceptical, having to pay via BACS rather than directly on their website but I did it anyway as my bank protects against fraud. The 72mg nicotine arrived before the estimate delivery date and it was well packaged.

I haven't used any yet but there's no smell coming from the liquid which is a great sign of quality! If you don't hear from me again then just assume that the nicotine is top quality and I'm a happy customer.

Avoid them! I ordered a 5L base and some bottles.When I get my order I saw that there is not enough caps for bottles and base was yellow color and very disgusting I thought I will write a review on the base to warn other people's. But when I'm trying to put a review it's never been published so all review's in that page are fake! All base i bought get straight to bin.
Delivery was very slow as well!

Regular user of “Bluestar” before Smash took over. Happy with quality of product and pricing. However, that they cannot transact on pay-pal, debit or credit card is a concern. Try it - placed an order for 2 litres and order not processed until I prove payment. Don’t accept debit credit or bank transfers. Think this is a fine deal.

Always top quality, fast service, best price and big choice

Be wary. First off, I was a huge fan of this company. Some of the best flavours I've come across at excellent prices. Slight concerns over grubby packaging / stained labels etc but bottles are packaged to order, plus I’m no fan of paying for fancy packaging & was won over by flavours & pricing. If there had been no further issues, I wouldn’t be looking anywhere else for e-liquid. As it is, I’ll never shop here again.

From May up to the end of October I placed 6 orders for £200 in total, at least half of which has literally been poured down the drain.

At first the product still seemed good but with significant variations in flavour profiles and colouring. I was experimenting with different mix ratios which would account for some variation. But I’ve experimented with mix ratios from other companies too, and the variation in Smash mixes was more extreme. One flavour profile I bulk re-ordered was unrecognisable.

At this point I should have stopped ordering, but one of their mixes was something I could happily vape day in day out & not look at anything else. Not found that elsewhere before.

I contacted customer services a couple of times querying these variations. First I was told to contact them sooner if there were issues or they couldn’t do anything. Next I was told to wait longer as made to order mixes needed more time to steep, but that in either case they would only re-ship if labelling was incorrect.

The final response I’ve copied in below. This was in reference to my last order, placed 30th October, which included a 500ml bottle of contaminated vegetable glycerine. While I was decanting some of this last week, a lump of something thick, gluey and colourless fell out, plugging the other bottle. I fished it out, took a photo, then did a neat vg taste test comparing Smash with another brand. The other brand was just sweet, but the Smash vg was sweet and also acrid, which is wrong and very worrying.

I emailed details and a pic to Customer Services (six weeks after placing the order) asking for an explanation. This was the reply:

Hello,

We are not sure, as the order is from over a month ago now. It could be crystallisation due to the cold.

We have new IBCs in stock of VG, at present, as previous ones are all finished.

Suddenly this wasn’t just about flavour any more. There are potential health and hygiene issues here.
It's a bit of a wake up call, in fact. I’ve decided that from now on I will only be ordering from companies I can verify online with industry standard mixing premises in the UK.

I also decided it would be wrong not to warn other people about Smash, and submitted what is hopefully the longest review I’ll ever have to write in my life!

Customer service has a lot to be desired nowadays but this place is fantastic great service and communication 5 stars well done 👏 💯👌

I ordered some Nic shots which were dispatched quickly but unfortunately held up at Royal Mail delivery centre for over 2 weeks...not the fault of the vendor. I contacted customer services and they dispatched another package. I received both orders within 2 consecutive days! I contacted to ask how to return the second batch and was delighted that they said to keep the replacement order! The customer service was excellent throughout and very quick responses to my emails. Particular praise to "David L" who handled this in an excellent way at customer services. Well done! I wish all customer services were this good...oh and the product is excellent too! Thank you!!!

Avoid. Nic salt taste is terrible. When I tried to leave review at them page they didn't approve it so they leaving only good reviews at them page
