I've been using Smash for some time now its a great one stop shop for me as i make my own e juice. Great product and exceptional customer service. Royal Mail lost my delivery and Smash had the order back out to me 1 day after i contacted them fantastic customer service. THANK YOU

1st purchase of nic 72mg was spilt in the envelope and smelt like vics vapour rub. Postage took forever. Was sent a replacement that was fine so bought a few more over the course of the year. The last one i purchased was dark brown, smelt like an ash tray and when asked for a refund was refused. Left a review which wasn't published so leaving one here. Makes me wonder how many real reviews are actually published to their page.

I was shocked to find that the heizenburg flavour was missing 9ml and the base mix 12ml short. I'm not very happy given i waited 7 days to make it up and now I'm short on my recipie ingredients. I think you need to make sure all ingredients are correctly measured before shipping to customers. As I correctly used syringes and measuring beakers to make my recipies. after sending complaint by email i have been advised they will send the missing amounts of flavour and base mix hopefully quicker than 7 days.

I've ordered liquids from many places and the best by far were from here. Great tasting and great range. The range of sizes is excellent too. Will be using them always from now on and would reccomend them to all.

In response to the review saying there is no strength to their nicotine, utter rubbish. My dad cant toke my liquids because they're far too strong. Reviews arnt fake and hit me up on facebook if you want confirmation I'm real.

Superb service and produce. Swift delivery and good packaging. Excellent communication. One minor problem (mentholated nic delivered erroneously), was very swiftly rectified. I have been buying nic from this company for a long time, how ever the last 2 times i got the nicotine as it started to discolour then after a few uses had to be thrown. Contacted the company on this got no reply. I left a review but they did not publish it. I will NOT buy from this company again. The reply is total crap coz PG does not colour the nic and it was discoloured upon opening and if you are not able to take in the truth or listen to customers thats fine.🤔🤔🤔

I placed an order for VG Nic, great support before and after the sale, order was packaged and shipped swiftly with constant communication. Unfortunately the courier informed me that the product got damaged in transit after arriving in my country. I contacted Smash and they immediately offered to re-ship or issue a refund.

I’m dealing with this company since long time ago, it’s the best for me among hundreds of products and companies. Highly recommended

Great support team and affordable.

Delivery took 5 days; ordered Sunday night, arrived Friday (UK). They actually made a mistake and sent 1 Unicorn bottle instead of 5. Without a support number i was worried but emailed the support team and they sent out replacement bottles a few hours later. I suppose many would give a lower review but for me I now feel in safe hands.

I must admit i had low expectations as i found this through a google search and the prices are affordable but so far they have proven to be very good.

I needed 1 litre of 12mg NicSalt base (for DIY mixing) not a common item. They have plenty of options and i found it easy to navigate the site.

The negative review on here saying they had no nicotine must be a mistake. My order is as good as other suppliers i have used. Again, I feel if I had an issue they would help resolve it as stated above.

Stay away! This is a scam. Someone wrote here that the positive reviews are probably fake. I think so too.
I ordered several 100ml, 24 mg nicotine liquids, I can hardly feel any nicotine in them.
I added 20 mg nicotine boost purchased from a local shop for half of the filling in a e-cigarette and I could immediately tell the difference! The label on their bottle says 24 mg nicotine. This means that the nicotine boost which is 20 mg concentrate would actually DILUTE the strength not INCREASE it if the liquid is 24 mg nicotine indeed. It also means there is NO NICOTINE in the liquid. It gets better - the 72 mg nicotine concentrate I ordered does not seem to have any nicotine in it either! Stay away!

Was looking for good reputable company that deals with a decent nic salt concentrate for some time. Happy I stumbled across smash e-liquid. I was impressed to see that you can pick your volume, base and mix, I chose a 72mg benzoate 50/50 mix (which is what I had been looking for). Also came at a competitive price. Dispatch and delivery again handled most efficiently with the company keeping me up to date along the way. Actually arrived sooner than I expected. No doubt smash e-liquid will be my go to for nic salt concentrate. Very highly recommended. Also another note: being a 72mg concentrate - a little literally goes a long way.
