Been using fruits of the forest flavour…

Been using fruits of the forest flavour for well over a year now, initially from blue star which now seems to be smash e liquid, price for the product is competitive and delivery is usually about three days, happy to stay a loyal customer

Stay away! Very bad

Most reviews published here are probably fake, otherwise I can't explain how I got a very bad experience ordering from this shop.

I ordered a bottle of 6 mg nicotine base (VPG 70/30) and about a quarter of it has leaked in the package. To make matters worse, the shipping was very slow and the base has a lot of distilled water in it and all my atomizers are leaking and spitting juice. I also think that the nic concentration is way lower than 6 mg as I can't feel it not even after going through a full tank.

They replied very fast, but refused to issue a full refund for the base. I've been vaping for 6 years now and NEVER had a bad experience with EU suppliers. Oh well, I guess I'm gonna fill a PayPal dispute at this point.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but it is not fair if you state all the reviews as "fake" as many are verified and approved.

All information was provided on the site and you agreed to all terms and conditions and shipping times. We provided constant communication within minutes, and your correct order was delivered well in advance to the delivery times stated on the site during this virus pandemic. We even offered replacement of the spilled liquid, and refunded you more than the spilled liquid was worth.

We asked for your patience as there were extra delays in transit, but unfortunate we cannot please everyone, and we pray you deal with future suppliers' ethically during these difficult times as you did not do so with us.

A friend put me on to this company and…

A friend put me on to this company and I can honestly say it is really good. I bought my liquid in the 1 litre bottle and the quality is second to none. Lots of free stuff came with the order. Im ordering more soon and would highly recommend this company.
