Similar experience with the sales method as already there.
I did opt to have it down though as was very much in need of insulation of some sort. I did do checks on the membership & credentials of the company.
However, after instalation in a huge storm a leak was coming through.
It turned out that the foam insulation had been put into the vent tile in the roof and this caused the leak.
Roofers replaced that vent, but there are 3 others.
I have been attempting to get hold of the company to check the issue with the other 3 vents & correct if necessary.
I am really disappointed to not be able to get hold of them to resolve this
I am simply looking for the error corrected as I am otherwise happy with the product. But the difficulty I am experiencing is jot acceptable

Foaming in the loft
The level of customer service and satisfaction was excellent from start to finish. Evan, Jordan &co, Paul, Eddie, Grant and the Foamers (sorry cant remember names) were efficient, polite, helpful, tidy and super fast. I was a little hesitant about foam to begin with but I felt reassured by the knowledge and experience of all of the team. I was kept updated at all stages. The work started on a Thursday and was complete by Monday- truly express service. The project was quite pricey but I guess its a big job which should save money over time and is better for the environment.

We want to say what amazing service we received from all the team. Jordan and Gordon from the pre-installation team were so polite, friendly yet professional. They were respectful and took care to ensure our carpets were protected when they put dehumidifier in. All our old insulation was removed and Calum and Elliot were a pleasure to deal with too. The company kept us informed at all stages and they explained the process throughout. Tam who put in the foam insulation was also very friendly, professional and tidy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and its team to anyone who is considering this type of insulation. Great job guys. Thank you very much. We can feel the difference in the warmth of the house already.

Jordan and Gordon brilliant
Everyone involved with our installation was very courteous and helpful, There was a small glitch with the chemicals on the first day and instead of going ahead , they decided to stop and come back to do it perfectly. Which is excellent in my eyes. The lads Jordan and Gordon, who came to finish up and take away the dehumidifier. Were excellent and cheerful. They even took a video of the finished job so we could see the end result. Cheeeeeers to everyone involved. Would definitely recommend.

Waiting for Guarantee
I noticed a recent Review of Smrtinsulations by "Kathleen" which was similar to my experience last March. The work was done well and tidy afterwards. However Kathleen pointed out she is waiting for the "Guarantee" which will arrive in "4-6 weeks".
I was told a similar story - but do not have a guarantee after 10 months. I am beginning a formal process of ADR - Alternative Dispute Resolution - but finding communications with the company is not good.

Apologies on the delay in you receiving your guarantee. Your guarantee comes from the ingredient manufacturer and is only issued when the particular batch number is exhausted and handed back as completed by the installer for health and safety reasons.
It's my understanding you now possess your manufacturer guarantee, and I hope this now resolves your request, and keeps your paperwork all compliant with building regulations.

Update I have now received my guarantee.
Update I still haven't received my guarantee for this and 6 weeks have passed.
From start to finish they have been excellent.
Jack came to inspect loft and found plasterboard hanging off and we needed a dehumidifier which we got. The boys who delivered it were excellent and came back they noticed that my loft needed cleaned as the person who had to take down my plasterboard had left so the boys tidied it all up very impressed.
The boys who did the foam insulation were great dust sheets were down and they hoovered up afterwards.
Chris kept in touch with us everyday to make sure everything was okay. Just to wait for my 25 year guarantee which takes 4-6 weeks to find through.

Good experience these guys know what they are doing
Calum came to survey our attic and pointed out the humidity levels were too high to carry out the work.
He arranged everything from installing 3 dehumidifiers to checking levels regularly and after a week levels were low enough to complete the spray foam installation.
A word of warning and with hindsight I would have done things differently.
Just as the humidity levels were falling we had a snow shower and the levels went back up. I would recommend not to have tge installation during snow showers. Of course that is nothing to do with the installation team just a thought.

Surveyor came to us on a Friday afternoon and foam insulation was carried out on Sunday.
All went without a hitch, fast, efficient.
Loft insulation made a huge impact on the house, upstairs used to be cold in winter and in windy weather but this year the first time is warm upstairs too. Getting the foam insulation in our loft was the best decision of 2022 and it is highly recommended for anyone who does not have it. Can't praise enough the effect of the insulation. Will be saving £££ on heating bill.

Great experience start to finish
Surveyor came out to survey the loft last Thursday, boy was excellent start to finish, polite and his survey highlighted issues that I had no clue were going on in the loft space, we decided to go ahead with spray foam after a long chat and the install was done a few days later, the fitting team were also brilliant on the day being fast and tidy.
Overall a very pleasant company to work with and would/have recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service
Barry who carried out initial survey which showed damp in my loft, was extremely friendly. He put us under no pressure but we decided to go ahead. The lads arrived to carry out work, but the level of dampness meant they could not go ahead.....enter Jordan who brought de humidifier. He proved to be fantastic, arranging another date and keeping in touch by phone to make sure there were no issues with the machine. He was back again the evening before the installation to take readings and back again following installation to check work had been carried out to his standard. Delighted with his attentiveness.
