Purchased the bike on eBay , immediate communication from the seller on purchase and again with delivery information. Ordered the bike Wednesday evening arrived Friday afternoon. Bike is exactly as described and was very well packaged. Took 10 mins to reassemble. Highly recommend this seller and should I require another bike I shall check these out first.

Bought my bike threw ebay. Very good communication with instructions how to re assemble once arrived. Bike just as described. Next day delivery what more could you ask for. Would use again.

I bought my first full suspension mountain bike from James. The bike arrived the next day, packaged like it was precious cargo (it is) and in immaculate condition. Before it came James had emailed me some info about attaching some components that he'd removed for transit which was super helpful because I'm a noob. 100% recommend buying from here. Really good guy and good quality bikes with really reasonable price tags.

I can not recommend snazzy bikes highly enough. They provided a fantastic service. The bike was exactly as described and they responded to all my questions very promptly. I'm 31 years old and I haven't been out biking since I was a teenager. This means I'm pretty much a complete newbie.
I was scouring pink bike as recommended by friends and because I don't know a great deal about bikes, i found it to be a bit of a minefield and I wasn't confident I would be getting a decent bike for my money.
My pal sent me a pink bike link to one of snazzy bikes mtb's and it looked good. A great looking bike and highly recommended by an experienced biker friend. I checked the website and was filled with more confidence from the way it was presented and the various write ups for the bikes.
Its obvious this business is passionate about biking and providing quality 2nd hand bikes which are reliable and ready to go. I'm no pro, but it seems like you can get a superior quality 2nd hand bike from this business for the same price as a new but very basic and inferior bike.
It's also worth mentioning the postal service - I live up north so going to Andover was a bit of a stretch. I got the bike posted and it arrived the next day in a safe and well protected package. Snazzy bikes sent me easy to follow instructions on how to assemble the bike from its packaged condition and I was overall very happy with it.
I am confident I will very much enjoy my new hobby and no doubt when it comes to the time to upgrade I will most definitely check out snazzy bikes first!

I recently bought a bike from James at Snazzy Bikes for my son. He is 11 so we opted for a XS Liv bike. I checked the bike out on Pink Bike and the website as well as calling James and chatting on the phone. James was open, honest (it is a second hand bike) and friendly, as well as quick and efficient with getting back to me. When we decided to go ahead with the purchase it was easy to do on the website and I asked for confirmation of postage and a tracking number, which was provided.

The bike arrived very well packaged and I also received a message with instructions on how to assemble.

My son is delighted with his bike and I am delighted with the service I received. Very much recommended.

Well what can I say!

Excellent service, communication and BIKE!!!!!!

Came as described bike was well packaged and easily assembled, James tries to make it simple to re assemble with little bits of tape with instructions give me a little chuckle when I saw them, and of course being male completely ignored them.

Being from northern Ireland I expected the old postage fiasco with mainland and protocols and whatever. But no issues, no more expense.

Will be recommending to friends and family.

Very happy, I would recommend.
Initially responded to my enquiries promptly. Then we arranged to meet in Andover so I could see and try the bike. Bike was in very good, used condition, exactly as stated.

Very friendly, professional, patient and helpful.
It took me 30min to make a decision between 2 bikes I really liked.

The bikes are obviously not brand spanking new so there are little marks and signs of use, however I would say it's as good as new, the bikes are in fantastic condition and you can see that every detail is checked and attended to.

Reading some of the negative reviews just highlights that SB is not just a shop to buy refurbished bikes from, but it is also a great option to avoid being done over by people trying to take advantage on eBay.

I have recommended SB to friends as I am very happy with the service.
