Bought a Giant Reign from James for my son. Great bike in immaculate condition and he had it delivered to me within in a couple of days. James was really easy to contact and very quick to reply. I'm not normally a fan of buying used bikes online but I would definitely use Snazzy bikes again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Buying a bike online is often a worrying thing, but definitely not with James / snazzybikes.
I purchased an Orange 5, and James was more than helpful with arranging a courier.
The bike arrived within 24 hours, boxed superbly and the bike was in better condition than I expected.
Even though James was out of the country, I received messages and confirmation from him and even a photo of the bike in the box waiting to be collected.
Amazing service and will 100% recommend to all my biking friends.

Cheap, fast and great quality bikes

Came across this website by pure chance, and boy am I glad I did.
James was more than helpful answering as many questions as I had, even up to 11pm at night.
Did his upmost to make sure I was completely happy before making the purchase and then kept me fully updated as regards delivery etc.
Cannot recommend highly enough and with 3 boys in the house will certainly be using him again for next bike purchase.

Straightforward to deal with, was selling great bike - but had the feeling that he lacked an ultimate passion for great MTBs.

Buying online, especially a used item, can be problematic. Not on this case! I asked James for a full and accurate description of the bike, worts and all.
His description in the end didn't do justice to the bike. It was in brilliant condition, well looked after, and well presented by James.
Packing, courier, and comms was on point.
I have no problem giving Snazzy Bikes 5 stars.
