Came across snazzybikes by mistake …
Came across snazzybikes by mistake while looking on some bike site, got in touch with James the owner and everything went from there. a deal was struck with the bike I chose and a price was given for mine p/x that I was happy with. everything was described as on the site for snazzybikes. James arranged postage and to pick my bike up. really no hassle at all.
My bike arrived and was very happy with it , overall experience I would rate 10 out of 10 .
a pleasure doing business with and highly recommended.

V,Happy with price&bike and V,Good before and after sales service
Contacted snazzybikes Tues morning and after few email exchanges with all questions answered I paid a good price for a Marin MTB Tues evening. Delivery was quick by Thurs lunchtime and bike was carefully packaged&boxed. Wheels&discs run pretty straight and suspension, gears&brakes all in good working order.
Certainly recommend SnazzyBikes to others.

Customer service non existent.
I dont normally review but in this instance i feel i need to. The conduct and lack of respect which has been shown towards me as a customer is dispicable and i dont know how people with these type of ill manners can actually proceed in business. My experience i have had is shocking and i would advise any potential customer to steer clear.

The reviewer has NOT purchased a product from me. The reviewer contacted me in regards to the pricing of a product and asked if I could sell it to him at a reduced rate. Due to his insistence I had to inform him on six separate occasions that the item could not be sold for a lower sum and that it had already been sold to another buyer with a down payment already taken. The reviewer disregarded the above facts and demanded I give him the address so he could collect the item at the reduced rate. I declined and informed him communications would have to seize due to him not taking note that the item had already sold. He then informed me he would leave this bad review if I did not sell him the item. My apologies if you felt I did not treat you with respect but I am unable to sell you an item if it is already sold and will always honor the customer that was first interested. Furthermore I will not bow down to blackmail, even if it does result in a bad mark against my name. I feel I have done nothing to warrant this and am saddened you felt the need to file this review. In any case I hope you did find a suitable bike for your needs and wish you all the best with it.

Really good communication, very fast to respond! Great bike, description was accurate, was a used bike (only needed to blow tires up, set shock pressures), so overall very happy with purchase (do see shocks needing a service down the line but had factored that in)!
Would recommend to a friend!

Excellent deal on an Orange Five!
Bought a second hand Orange Five full suspension mountain bike from Snazzy Bikes at a very reasonable price of £775. Excellent customer service and responded promptly to emails and allowed me to try out the bikes I was interested in before buying them. Knowledgeable salesman with a good insight into bikes, how to set them up and maintain them. The bike itself was in excellent, well-maintained, clean condition bar a few expected aesthetic scratches which were all disclosed on the website. Paid for the bike via bank transfer at the collection and it was ready to ride there and then. The bike performed excellently at the local bike park, with no concerns. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into mountain biking with a reliable used bike.
