Provider caused extensive damage along the edge of the lawn. Called provider. Finally admitted he was aware of damage caused. Would like to know how the damages will be remedied.

When the contractor came he was 20 hours early for my appointed snow plowing. Steve told me he would plow now and come back the next morning to plow one more time and he would salt at that time.
Steve had a great personality and I took him at his word.
When tomorrow came and went and Steve never showed, I contacted him and he told me his truck is broke down and he doesn't know when it would be repaired and he didn't know if he would make it out to me.
Another day passes and no word from Steve.
My initial impression was that he is a professional and instead I found a, well...

My shoveler was prompt, efficient and courteous. He did a great job.

did not complete a job that was half done for them before they even started. I have pics of work done a few years ago, when they used to shovel snow, now all they do is complain about what little shoveling they actually do.All pics available by request. To bad i can’t show you the difference here.

The two people that cleared the 10" of snow from our driveway and walkways with shovels this afternoon were outstanding! The photos show the great job and hard work they did! Thank you SnoHub for the great job they did!

Very disappointed out of the area and there was hardly any snow to be shoveled but I also paid to have the sidewalk salted it and it wasn't salted. Would like refund for not salting.

Biggest waste of money and time. I had this scheduled for 1/25. I got 5 different emails with different time shown. I can’t believe how irate I am right now. Don’t swear either. Someone might cry.

Poor service from unprepared contractors...your system should screen your contractors. Your system is a early stage of Uber bloops, take some lessons and incorporate improvements.

We were out of town and it snowed. The the person watching our cat texted their car got stuck. I easily setup SnoHub and did the ASAP premiere service. I got the quote (a little pricey) and accepted. The guy came right out and did a quick, great job and did all that I normally do myself including the walkway, the path to the bird feeder and the path to the garbage cans.

This was the very first and last time I used SnoHub. Obviously they use independent contractors which makes quality control difficult, but even when I told them about poor performance and wanted the job actually done they immediately supported their sub instead of looking at the photos provided. I paid over $50.00 to have 3-4" of snow removed from my 20'x20' driveway. The contractor merely used a snow blade on his pickup truck to drag the overburden to the end of my driveway where he left it. He did not clean the driveway to the concrete (I did my sidewalks with a shovel, and it was easy to get to the bare concrete) but most importantly leaving a pile of snow at the end of the driveway meant we would get stuck trying to get into and out of our driveway. I immediately called the contractor (who complained to me that he only removes snow and not compact snow or ice) and even though I sent multiple photos of the driveway showing there was NO ice, only the compact snow from his tires as he drove over the driveway, and even though I sent multiple photos to SnoHub demonstrating the poor contractor performance, I was still charged an extremely high price for an extremely poor job. If you elect to use SnoHub, I would suggest you be onsite and in person to ensure that the contractor performs the job you are paying for. Or find a kid in the neighborhood.

SnoHub was advertised on our local news channel the day before a major snowfall occurred in the metropolitan Detroit area. There was so much snow in my driveway that I could not get out. I downloaded the APP and requested snow removal the same afternoon. The driver came and did a great job! You have to pay a little extra to move ahead in the list, but it was well worth it. They communicated with me by text and phone throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend it if you have no other way to remove your snow.

Needed driveway plowed in a hurry and SnoHub was on it right away. They did an excellent job. My lawn was not torn up by the plow. I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor.
