Such a great service! I most often take care of my driveway myself, but I have been trying to find a way to have my driveway plowed in a timely manner when I can’t do it. I logged onto the app for the first time, ordered service, and the plow was here in 30 minutes and they did a great job. Problem solved!

Such a great service and the app is super easy to use. I had to fire my regular snow guy and it’s hard to find snow removal for single family homes. My cousin told me about the app. I put in my request, they sent a picture of the guy who would be on my property, and an estimated arrival time. I paid online and it was done to my satisfaction. So SnoHub is my NEW “snow guy!”

At first I was frustrated cause the first person did not show up and after messaging and emailing the company I received a response in five minutes and a very nice couple showed up shortly. I was very happy about that. Would use SnoHub again!

Used SnoHub just south of downtown Denver last fall. Great experience. Easy to use app, shoveler appeared when he said he would and took before and after photos. Sidewalk was shoveled appropriately. Price was higher than your neighborhood teenager going door to door with a shovel but I wasn’t able to drive to the property to shovel myself so what are you going to do. I didn’t feel gouged. Will use SnoHub again without hesitation.

I was out of the country during a blizzard and still had the best groomed walks upon my return. Kudos to the contractors.

The platform itself could benefit tremendously from a robust in-app chat client for communication between users and contractors. I had a few contractors not accept jobs because they could not reach me, and I had a Snohub agent give me pushback when I wanted a text relayed to a contractor.

The level of the job done was not even close to what it cost. I expect a plow and it was a person that showed up with a low level snow blower. My driveway was left a mess. It was not all cleaned off. Disappointed!

I contacted customer service and it appeared to be automated and never responded adequately to my concern.

They were absolutely perfect. Easy a website to use. They sent pictures before and after the job. They arrived on time. If other companies could be as efficient the world would be a better place. Thank you Snow hub

Adding a distance surcharge for a non-rural area, most likely since your contractor network is weak, isn’t a way to maintain loyal customers. Spend your money improving your service, not putting the burden on others.

Deleted app after first use. Paid for extra service and did not get it. Contractor claimed to have "come back" and put salt down. Must not have been my house because there was no salt on my driveway. you can tell when there is salt. Snohub cant help you since they are just the "middle man". Dont expect them to help you with any issues that come up with your service. Not wort it. I reached out to customer service and got the same answer.

When I posted on my Facebook page requesting a recommendation for snow plowing, two friends mentioned hearing on TV about Snohub. Tried loading the app but received message that it was not compatible with my device. When I called the number on the site, it directed me to another number that gave a message that it was not recognizing my number as a member so it hung up on me. As far as I can see Snohub is useless.

Order a plow last year. Waited all day and a guy showed up with a shovel......🤔

Communicated well, timely response, reasonable price for the amount of snow.

Did a great job once they got here. Kept getting messages changing the plow driver and time of arrival. Prices are very reasonable.

The driveway was plowed very well as far as clearing snow. However, I said at least three different times “DO NOT Dump the snow on the right side of the driveway! If you were coming down the driveway, please dump it On the LEFT side only!!!” The right side has a garden, which was mostly covered with snow, and the plow destroyed my rosebush. He also started the pile at my garage going out, so that my entire front door steps had about 4 feet of snow in front of it. I have a torn shoulder, and my son had to dig it out so that we could get mail!

Started ok. I didn’t get my “first time” discount, but let it go because my driveway was cleared. However, one time in particular, people kept cancelling and snohub suggested I “add to the [$49] amount up to $100.” Some kind neighbor cleared my driveway and I deleted the app. Bought a snowblower and will never use, nor recommend this service.
