1st experience $74 job with salt order…
1st experience $74 job with salt order but driver did not have salt. Money for salt never refunded.
2nd and 3rd experiences: drivers accept the job then back out. Then site encourages you to increase amount of payment. Drivers accept and don’t show up.

I used your services last winter during…
I used your services last winter during a period of a couple snow storms. Both times I used you services it took 24 hrs until someone could come after several delays and time of arrival repeatedly pushed back. I would also schedule service early and pre-emptively before the snow storm. I understand it’s more busy during extreme weather but I found the service ultimately not helpful and unreliable.

Took forever to come
Took forever to come, did a bad job leaving an inch or 2 of snow left on my driveway that just got packed down to ice and charged a fortune

Usually I receive the best service. Sometimes contractos accept the job, but the they cancel and leaves me without a replacement for the work.
For the most part I am satisfied which the work when is performed. I am not happy when the contractor. Cancels the job leaving me in the air without anyone that can take the job,

Away from house to be plowed. Sometimes uncertain about address to be plowed and the actual need for plowing since not there. I am in Florida for winter, but want my NJ drive plowed if a lot of snow.
