SnoHub 

Last year was great. Used SnoHub a few times.
the plowers did great work. I tried to use it a few weeks ago and a wrong address kept coming up and the app wouldn't change it. So I didn't Submit my request. Hope they fix it soon!

our service guy was nice, kind and trying hard to get work done as requested.

tried to contact company about price gauging but could not send my message to anyone. A while back I ordered a plow and was accepted with a $40+ fee, then the plow person dropped my order and snohub said it would send my need for a plow out again and nothing happened. I then sent out another request and this time it was picked up with a $80+ fee attached to it. so this company does not keep drivers from making ridiculous prices for a plow. i will not use your app and will not advertise word of mouth which i have done so in the past.

Good price and you can see on line what time the plow will be coming. No more guess work

Notified that I had someone to clear my driveway. Then notified that I did not have anyone. Waited several hours then I had someone again. Nerve wracking and
Disappointing. Not sure I’ll ever use SnoHub again.

Easy scheduling, great response time and good job

The app is not easy to use and crashes often.

Plowers claimed and squatted on the orders and then later decided to drop the order. Prompted me to hire a regular service.

The plower misrepresented the snow depth looking for a much higher payment and Snohub was extremely unprofessional in handling my complaint.

Came quickly, did a real nice job, and will be ordering up snohub again this winter if needed.

Jobs were accepted but time lines were not met and it was a constant battle calling

The last provider didn’t do my snow removal but also lied the job was completed. Used an old picture from one time before and refused to offer me a refund back. So I’ll have to reconsider using SnoHub in the future. Thanks

The driveway & walkway were done excellently. Prices are too high to make snohub a regular choice. 60% higher than most professionals. Great for emergency services though.

It was wonderful for me to have someone come and plow. I hope to continue using this and will recommend it highly.

A guy showed up and literally used his feet to clear the walks. Didn’t even bring a snow shovel. Complained and nothing happened.

My first time I utilized Snohub the contractor went to the wrong house. I was home so soon as I got notified he was here I looked out my window and saw him at my neighbors. I ran out in my socks to let him know. SnoHub was notified and they did refund my money. The second time was much better. I got in touch with the contractor and made sure he knew which house I was. I live in a townhouse development. The third, and final time I tried to use them no contractor accepted my bid and I waited for most of the day. I then just canceled it and never used them again. At that time they were just unreliable and I can’t have that. I have know hired a private contractor whose reliable and less expensive. Good luck if you choose them.

Contractor never showed up after big storm and SnoHub told me I should have offered more money although it doesn’t suggest that when you book service.
