Don’t count on it
I’ve only tried to use this about 5 times but every time it doesn’t recognize my exact address and a plow driver always cancels/no one accepts.

I wish I could give it no stars
I wish I could give it no stars. Unreliable and incompetent. Piled 3 feet of snow against the garage doors and failed to shovel and salt the walkway despite being paid for it, so we were trapped in the house. Another time piled 4 feet of snow all around cars. Another time completely failed to show up claiming plows broke. Last time destroyed my pavers, promised to fix them and never did despite repeated requests. Horrible!

The last few times I’ve attempted to use the app, I’ve ended up having to cancel. No response received and enough time had gone by I couldn’t continue to wait. There wasn’t this issue I’m when I first started using and used a few times with great success but went down hill after and I won’t be using again. I’ve hired someone to specifically plow for me.

Awful
Awful, the guy came with a shovel to a commercial driveway plow. Didn't do the work, marked the job as completed, then we had to fight with snowhub that it was not completed and that we should be refunded. Snowhub wanted us to pay half since the guy shoveled "2 feet". After the reversal on snowhub, the guy came to our office the next day and threatened us for reversing the charges for the work he didn't do. Snohub does not do background checks, would not share the providers name or any other information so we could file a police report. They simply stopped responding to us. You get bad apples and snohub does nothing to ensure the safety of its customers.

A must have app.
Loved the convenience of using this app. Priced within reason. Was wonderful coming home to a nicely plowed driveway.
This is a fantastic service
This is a fantastic service! Install the APP, request a plow and its done immediately. Better than hiring a company to be on standby all season - just order a plow service when you need it!
Last winter after waiting 12 hours for…
Last winter after waiting 12 hours for the driver to actually show up after missing the time window over and over again, the driver hit my garage and knocked the door off of the track and broke the wheels off of the door that fit into the tracks, basically trapping my car and my wife's car in the garage. Reached out to support via phone and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Eventually I got a text message with a link to a Google form that asked how much I expected the repairs would cost and how many days I'd be willing to wait to fix the problem. Considering I couldn't get to work and my wife couldn't take the kids to school, I had to remove my garage door myself and pull the cars out, then reinstall my garage door the next weekend. I got no follow up from support at all about the situation. A few weeks later I got several text messages asking me why I didn't yet pay the $70 or so for the pleasure of reinstalling my own garage door, then had to wait to get the drivers approval before SnoHub was okay with just voiding out the charge. Your services are unreliable and your support is garbage. Your primary concern is obviously just raking in the cash for the services, but accepting no liability when the contracted drivers that are representing you destroy people's property.
Edit: thanks for the reply and completely missing the point SnoHub. Does your premium service also guarantee that they won't destroy my garage, or does it guarantee better support when it happens?
