I have found the products I use helpful but as I buy a years worth at a time I get annoyed at the constant advertising being sent by email and post.
Also, the reward scheme is the pits! With spending nearly £300 pounds in two years I have gained one reward point worth 1pence!!

I received notification of the offer in the post and after a few days attempted to order on line, only to find that the offer was not available - so I ordered anyway, and not knowing that the unit came fitted with a battery, I ordered two batteries (needlessly) and only one tube of Glucosamine, instead of three tubes at the discounted price on offer.
The order arrived in good time and I am using it as instructed, but no benefits so far, but hopefully time will tell.
