A complete and utter disappointment
We ordered a small Snowgoose hamper for a friend to celebrate her birthday in Melbourne. aving ordered similar hampers before from Snowgoose we were expecting a lovely hamper for our friend. What they sent was an embarrassment . For a $159 hamper it contained approx 6 pieces of fruit, a bottle of wine and some chocolate. We complained to Mngt, who never came back to us, even though they said they would investigate the complaint

The box was quite bare for the price paid. It also came with chocolates (Ferrero Rocher) which was not apart of the specific hamper I ordered. I ordered the hamper chosen because it didn't come with chocolate but it did anyway.

False advertising
I purchased the gift hamper for $89 as pictured on the website. The hamper that was delivered would have been half the size. When I phoned an apology was given stating that the wrong picture was on the website. The company has apologised and delivered the correct box at no extra cost but beware.... what is advertised for $89 is NOT what will be delivered. ( they assured me the picture will be changed but that has not happened)

Usually a nice box but wine not available as ordered
Usually a very nicely presented box of fruit and wine.
Unfortunately 3 days after my order was placed, there was a delay due to COVID, I was told that the particular expensive bottle of wine I had specifically chosen was not available. A substitute was offered and reluctantly accepted -
Delivery was also delayed until the Monday even though I had ordered the box on the previous Wednesday

perfect alternative to flowers
This gift is always a perfect go to in place of flowers. It’s practical and thoughtful (great for those foodie friends). The fruit is always so varied and fresh. Travels amazingly well (to central coast NSW).
