Snowgoose excels at excellence

I have used Snowgoose for sending gifts from New Zealand, to my son and his family in Perth for years and I have never been disappointed.Everything went smoothly and all the products used, are always the best quality.

no phonecall, message or email for non-delivery of item

Another no phonecall, message or email for non-delivery of item.

I was disappointed about the service at this point. The fruits had been not received from my order(order number:QANDF) at 2/8/26, but until today my friend still have not received it, and no phonecall, message or email for non-delivery of item since the first one email only.

I setup the delivery date at 2/16 for a long time ago, but my friend received nothing yet. I contacted Snowgoose customer service, and Sarah from Snowgoose emaled me a failure of delivery because of not being able to contact the recipient, and it seems she requested me to pay another $24.95 for another delivery.

As far as this point, this doesn't make sense to me. Because I chose the option for delivery for the item purchased was "leave at front door, if the recipient is unavailable", so basically the guy whoever delivered the purchase didn't has to reach out to my friend, and leaving it at the front door was my option.

Later on, I provided my frient's phone number, and hoped there was another delivery pretty soon. But I was wrong about it. It got to be no phonecall, message or email for non-delivery of item.

The company ‘Snowgoose’ an Adelaide company, Snowgoose has taken my money for the item and delivery fee, and said it was tried to deliver and no phone for the recipient. My friend told me he was at the address for the whole day because the day was Chinese New Year Eve. Why the delivery guy didn't listen customer's request: "Leave the item at the front door, if the recipient is unreachable" if the item was tried to deliver. Further more, Sarah requested me to pay another delivery fee and again no phonecall, message or email for non-delivery of item literally.

It would have been professional if they respect customer's delivery option, and at least had a message which told the customer that the basket could been delivered or couldn't been delivered for a refund. Snowgoose took the money with No phonecall, message, email or apology, no connect.

Perseverance

Even when I was having difficulty moving on to the next page and I contacted the phone number suggested for help, this number did not help. However, on the 'chat' that appeared allowing me 'message' almost immediately I had someone assisting me, checking what was going wrong with my submission till we finally resolved the 'problem' and I could complete my order.

Best fruit hampers EVER!!!!

I have been using you, from California and when I’m here in Australia.
2025 has been a rough time for family and friends. The beautiful fruit and presentations are just gorgeous.
You even helped me out when I got a date wrong. I called from California and your team were so gracious and kind. They fixed up my mistake and you delivered a box of apples to Bribie Island on the correct date. The cherries for Christmas sent to my parents and the were sensational.
Plus all of the other hampers we have sent least year and this one. Thank you.
