We have received several hampers over the years from SNOWGOOSE and they have all been absolutely superb. We had mangoes which were outstanding, and recently we received a hamper of cherries which were fat, juicy and absolutely delicious, all packed up and beautifully presented.

Fruit baskets are such a practical alternative to flowers for condolences. They can be shared and enjoyed by the family and visitors. They are always received with much appreciation.
I was disappointed; the fruits received were different from the picture on the website.
Snowgoose, my guess is allergy to pineapple! The picture on the web has no pineapple !
I thought it would be nice to have two types of grapes where we can't find in the market; we purchased it as we thought Snowgoose could supply them. Not only it was not the same; you only provided one type of other grapes instead of two types.
You should tell us if you don't the have the fruits.
The quality of products ordered was excellent (Gourmet Fruit and Cheese Hamper), and the efficiency of Snowgoose's customer service team was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure all requested products were supplied. I would highly recommend using Snowgoose for both Corporate and personal gifts.
Easy to navigate website, good quality product and delivered as promised on time.
Great product and nicely presented. Delivery was not made on scheduled date and no communication was provided. Also paid more for a specific lid and did receive an email suggesting a credit would be processed however nothing come through as yet.

Delivery was on time. The quality of the fruit in the hamper was superb.
So I went to order a care basket for someone who had been having a very stressful time recently, for it to be delivered on the same day. I checked that they could deliver to a suburb of Gawler. They then charged a $35 delivery fee. The company ‘Snowgoose’ an Adelaide company, assured me that they could do that delivery. I later rang my friend at 7:00pm that day. Basket hadn’t turned up. ‘Snowgoose’ has taken my money about 2 seconds after the request for payment ….and not delivered..literally. No phonecall, message, email or apology. It would have been professional if they at least had a message which told the customer that the basket had been delivered.
I might as well just given the money to my friend. At least she would have got something.😥

UPDATE to my review: Upon checking with my mother, we realise now that the refund of $181.95 ($159 for hamper + $22.95 delivery) has STILL NOT been paid - and we are a month down the track!

Massive disappointment. We ordered a fruit and chocolates hamper to be delivered 2 days before Christmas (ordered a fortnight before). We went through all the steps to confirm that it was able to be delivered to the address, and when the prompts keep going, it feels like you are getting somewhere... as in, surely if the delivery address wasn't able to be delivered to, it wouldn't go on to accept the payment - SURELY it would say something like "cannot be delivered to your requested location"... (which was a regular suburb, in the middle of Canberra!).. but no, it accepted the location, took the money (INCLUDING DELIVERY - despite saying FREE DELIVERY) but didn't deliver ... and nor did we know it didn't deliver until we rang the 'deliveree' when we hadn't heard from her, only to be told ... nope, nothing had been delivered.
From there we rang Snowgoose - who promptly said "Oh, we don't deliver to there, they need to collect the hamper from the hall!" ... nothing had been mentioned of this anywhere... and our friends were unable to travel anywhere to pick up the delivery, which is why we organised it to be delivered in the first place!
Upon ringing Snowgoose again, to express disappointment, we got very polite customer service saying along the lines of "oh sorry... here's a refund".. boom boom! Great to get a refund - despite having to ask for it... but the bottom line is, a refund is not cutting it. We had a delivery placed in order to help a family out who are having an extremely tough time, and were very much looking forward to our gift - and had counted on it with numbers etc, particularly having 2 family members needing full time caring...
What would have gone down better is "we would like to offer a hamper to the family" (which I realise is highly unlikely anyway)... or at the very least offer us a discount on a future hamper so that we could gain a little faith back in the online company!
Rant pretty much over now - but please consider re doing your website so that it actually doesn't accept money when the goods are not delivered, and especially when they were NEVER going to be delivered in the first place!
