The Hamper was delivered in a very timely manner and according to the recipient the produce and presentation was very good

Not meet my expectation. The size and item include in the fruit box not as prestable as I thought. It doesn't look like a generous gift for the amount of money spent on it.

Website was easy to use. Order was delivered early morning not end of day like some other companies. The products and fruit were excellent and perfect which is always a concern. Recipient was over the moon.

My husband and I live overseas and found your site in searching for a very practical gift for a loved one going through chemotherapy. The hamper arrived on schedule despite our loved one living in the outskirts of Melbourne. She was very pleased with the quality of the products including the beautiful crate that the fruits and juice came with. Thank you so much and we will definitely be repeat customers.

I explained that the recipient was a worker at a hospital, I gave the area and phone number of recipient. I asked for the delivery to take place before a certain time and was assured it would happen otherwise I was changing the day of delivery.
It has not arrived!!

I would like to thank Snowgoose for delivering fresh fruit hampers on both sides of our continent. Not having seen my daughter since last Christmas due to the pandemic and subequent early border closures in WA, this seemed like a perfect reminder of past summers and better times. Both hampers were delivered on the promised dates and recipients told me they were thrilled with the fruit boxes. Thanks to Snowgoose, as it flies across borders regardless of the pandemic.

If you live in a regional area I would not recommend Snowgoose if you would like fresh cherries, despite their claims on the website. They may be tasty and picked and sent from their farm in a timely manner but their method of delivery to regional areas within their stated delivery scope is below standard. My gift of cherries were left at local post office over a weekend by their chosen courier with no attempt at delivery to the doorstep, which I had paid for. This is the second unsatisfactory experience with Snowgoose's delivery, again with cherries gifted to me 4 weeks ago arriving late and hot. I won't be recommending or gifting from Snowgoose again.

My sister received the hamper we ordered. Whilst it arrived as per scheduled, I have to say the hamper is a bit underwhelming compared to what was advertised on the website. I understand there will always be variances but in this case, I think the variances are worth mentioning. Strawberries and cherries are in season and one would expect this would be included in hampers going out at this time of the year. We even ordered the large box. It definitely was not packed as per photo on the website.

I would highly recommend this company. I have used them twice recently, and both times the hamper arrived on time and without a problem. The fruit was high quality.

I have used snowgoose a couple of times and their hampers are always wonderful. Recently I wrote the wrong address on the online order form and when I called them to fix the issue they were excellent. I was impressed at the level of commitment shown to my issue. The customer service representative I spoke to was thorough and persistent. She never focussed on my mistake only what could be done to fix it. She was completely solution-oriented the whole time. The next day my package arrived to the correct destination in perfect condition. I'm a happy customer!

I ordered a hamper last year for my inlaws and they forgot to put the champagne in the hamper.. this year i thought give them another go.. my sisters anniversary, ordered in advance and understanding the 1-2 day delay on their website. Result - delay of a week and mouldy cherries. This is meant yo be what they specialise in.. hampers! Epic Fail!

I was quite disappointed with what I ordered and what was delivered. For the price, I was definitely expecting more. Would have loved the opportunity to provide photos of what was presented.

Bought the $99 regular sized box of fruits plus 2 bottles of non alcoholic drink. Paid $164 in total for 8 pieces of fruit and the drinks.
Yes, the fruit was fresh, but they did not state that the bottles would be placed in the same box - hence only 8 pieces of fruit as the bottles took up the majority of the space in the box!
One would think that they would have had the brains to use the larger box (with the regular amount of fruit) and add the bottles - a reply email stated that they package the gift together in the same box so that Items would not arrive damaged.

To their credit, they replied to my concerns, addressed and resolved the issue to a mutual satisfaction.

I have used Snowgoose a number of times and the experience has been positive. I particularly appreciated the effort that went into accommodating one of my request that called for a short turnaround time for delivery ( interstate during COVID!) . I am also impressed with range and presentation of product . Thank you!

Would like to give zero stars if possible. Totally false advertising. Ordered a small hamper as a gift wasn’t pictured on website and was extremely disappointed. Presentation very poor, looks great on website but what they delivered was nothing like it. With the amount of money spent you would expect a decent gift..WRONG. Complained but got a responsible of “well that’s what it is” 🤬🤬
