Lovely produce, beautifully presented

We have used Snowgoose for quite a few years now as a sign of appreciation to our best customers. We have never heard a bad word about the quality of your product which has to the best of my knowledge always been excellent.
Setting up our order is a large task that I doubt we could do in time without the great help of Rod Vergara who is excellent in the service he provides.
We like providing our clients with a healthy, quality product that can be shared with the whole office. We hope to be customers of yours well into the future

I have used Snowgoose several times for our staff and it is great to find something to send other than flowers and to be able to provide fresh fruit which can be shared among their family unit was greatly appreciated.
Received photos of the hampers delivered and the fruits look perfect but most of all the feedback from the recipients has been on how fresh and full of flavour each item was.

This was a gift for my nice who had had a difficult birth. It was the perfect gift fresh beautiful fruit for the whole family to enjoy. It was very much appreciated.

All round good service, the lady I spoke to on the phone helped me and with what I needed and was very professional when I was stressed out, I would like to thank her for helping me.

I had been a loyal happy customer for many years but was extremely disappointed with my last order. The order was misfiled and therefore not delivered and would not have been if I didn’t email to ask why. I was told I would be called and offered compensation. I do not think the delivered basket was as good as the pictured sample on the website and apart from a sincere apology no compensation either was offered. As this was a gift for my new granddaughter I was upset at its Long delay. I am not one to expect any recompense but it should not be offered if it’s going to be ignored.

Edit: Thank you to Jo and the team for the prompt and professional way you handled my delivery concerns. My faith is restored and I will continue to use this service in the future for gifting beautiful hampers.

The quality of the fruit was excellent and the delivery very reliable.

I was somewhat disappointed when the fruit box arrived at my friends. I purchased the $99 box of fruit for a special occasion. I expected it to look like the pictured displayed online that shows many pieces of fruit. The $99 dollar box only has 14 pieces of fruit and looks very different to the picture online. It looks incomplete! I now know that the picture on line is for the large box which is more expensive. I think it’s important for Snowgoose to show the customer exactly what they are getting for their money. We shouldn’t have to worry about looking for the fine print.

Really excited to send this hamper to my grieving friend , but when he reviewed it , it was nothing like the photo I purchased. It totally gutted me as I knew what he was going through after losing his son . Kind regards Steven F.

Staff generally tried to be helpful, (standard) Requested particular fruit e.g. Mangoes and Lychees (3rd week of January 2021) but was told not in season however these fruit are available in Coles, Woolworths various Fruit shops, markets etc. Getting towards 3rd week of FEB, these fruit are still available in the supermarkets. Was told it would be quality fruit and they will do all possible best fruit.
Delivery did not arrive till late in the afternoon. Was of the impression that if this order was not followed up several times with Snowgoose, it possible delivery would not have arrived in time for the 96th year old recipient. The response was "trying to find a driver". (?) This was 4.30 p.m. Sydney time.
Quality of fruit on arrival is fine but nothing special or super fresh.
Basic every day fruit, e.g. apple, orange, pear, avocado etc. Ordinary for the price you pay.
Just felt when a special request is made, "Customer Service", it would be nice if an effort is made. Having to follow up when delivery not received late in the afternoon break one's confidence !

We ordered a box for some friends. It was gorgeous and looked just like the picture! The fruit was ripe and Champagne delicious.

I have sent many boxes to friends and family over the years and it is always received with a “wow what a lovely box we received “ people love them and feel very spoilt. the products are of high standard, fresh and beautifully presented. Thank you snow goose. I recently sent a box to a young family

The delivery was prompt as promised and the contents of the mixed fruit box were colourful, fresh and delicious. My 85 year old aunt was delighted with her birthday gift. I'm a long way away, so this was a great solution. Thank you!

I like Snowgoose and so far I bought only fruit hampers online.
The last purchase I did, I didn't know if the other party had received the hamper as I didn't received any mail or message to say it was delivered, so I had to ask the third party if they actually received a fruit hamper from me.
It would be nice in future if Snowgoose can send a message to say it has been delivered so I am aware.

Dreadful. The cost of the hamper was not insignificant and when it arrived was utterly underwhelming. I imagine the cost of the minimal fruit that came in the box was well well below what I paid. It really was quite shockingly bad. Do not purchase these fruit boxes it’s a total rip off.

Fruit basket was exactly as advertised and delivered promptly. Included cheese, chocolate and wine. Very nicely out together. Quality fruit and cheeses. Was very much enjoyed. Would definitely order from snowgoose again and recommend to others.
