ordered dumbells 10-14-20 said they shipped back in october have not heard from them since. they do not respond to emails and now says store unavailable. trying to get money back from klarna 448.00 and they have not said anything about the store closing, instead they say there is an open case, and this has been going on since 2-2-21.

Ordered bumper plates from them on November 30, 2020. Was contacted by them on January 6, 2021, saying they were on "holiday" but the order is being processed and supposedly shipped. Tried numerous times to contact them again over the last two weeks and no response. Covid has nothing to do with it. Ordered internationally as recently as two months ago and the item was delivered within 10 days. They are definitely running a scam. Just thankful it was under $100. No way to get that back.

Have not received my order of weights from Solardrop after 3 months. When I click on "contact us" it says Page Not Found. Scammers.

Never got a set of dumbbells I ordered in December 2020.

Scam. China should go after them as I will not order from China again. It’s been over 3 months since they took $448 from me promising to deliver a weight set by Christmas. Tried to Cancelled order on December 26th and get an automatic message about delivery delays. It’s literally been 3 months. Pursing as a fraud case with Apple credit. Do not think about buying from them. It’s a trap!

This company is a scam - I ordered bumper plates and they never were received. Luckily I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was reimbursed.

Ordered weights back in early November 2020, never heard from them except canned response message. Never got my equipment, fortunately my bank immediately credited me the money back. What a complete and 100% SCAM site!

Total scam. Ordered bumper plates. Had to go through my credit card company to finally get refunded after weeks of hearing nothing from them. They are complete losers who run this site.

Order adjustable weights on November 1st, it is now February 7th and I still have not received anything, nor any updates.
Do not order from these crooks.

SCAM, I ordered something in October and received nothing. They don’t have customer support and keep telling you the order takes moths to be shipped because is coming from overseas. I will start a dispute with me cc.

SCAM! Ordered in October and have received nothing. I disputed the charge with my cc company and also reported to the FTC via their website. If you were scammed too I urge you to report them as well.

SCAM! We purchased October 2020 and have received nothing! After many attempts of reaching out to the company we have received no responses. We disputed the charges with our bank in November 2020. We are still in the middle of the dispute! Do not buy from this company! Total scam and they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

I too was scammed by this company. The "good" reviews are written by fake emails and usernames. The email I got with shipping notification said I could reply to that email with questions, when you hit reply there is no address in the subject line. The physical address listed is a luxury apartment complex in Florida. The "video" customer service is not true, I suspect she is part of the scam. I disputed the charge and was thankfully refunded.

Website is a scam. Do not buy anything. And if you did call your credit card company right away.
