This site is a scam and I am sure the universe will take from them ten times what they have took from all of us

Same story as everyone els here

I purchased dining chairs on December 16, 2020. Thought it was odd that I hadn't received a confirmation, so I contacted them via their "customer support messaging portal." I received a reply from a woman who called herself Feli D, stating that my weight equipment would be shipped from China and could take up to 90 days... since I hadn't ordered "weight equipment," I suspected that this was a standardized response message. I called my bank and reported them immediately. After many more messages, I have still not heard back from Solardrop.

I ordered items in early Dec 2020; no shipping updates and the company will not answer any of my emails asking when the product will arrive. I filed a complaint with my credit card for refund/cancellation because the site will not provide any information on my order and I am concerned that it is a scam site.

Wish I could give them a “0” rating. I ordered weight plates from them September 23! All I get is continual computer video generated responses advising me there are logistical issues. They aren’t BBB accredited but I just filed a consumer complaint with the state of Florida Attorney General as they are domiciled in Florida. I’m also working with my credit card company to dispute the charge. Unbelievable!

Ordered quite a few plates from this website with practically zero correspondence. Reached out via email with no response, then reached out via their 'video messge' service and recieved a video message back saying my order will one updated soon once it's shipped from China by some weird random woman. It's been 2 months and I've got nothing. Do not buy from here, they will steal from you. Will be disputing the charges as it is very clearly a fraudulent business.

Similar experience to everyone else by the looks of things. It's a month tomorrow since the order was placed and no updates or tracking numbers to be seen. Don't order from these guys

Ordered 4 @ 45lb plates in November. I can’t get a reply to my emails, text, or phone number. Almost 2 months with no contact or tracking. Scammers.

SCAM website !!!! Ordered on November 9th and no dumbbells or tracking number yet ! Have used company contact resources without ANY RESPONSE on 3 separate occasions. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered adjustable dumbbells from them on December 6. They charged my credit card on the same date. Currently, I am still awaiting ANY contact from them at all, even after reaching out to them 3 times via their website (there is no phone number listed for customer service), regarding the status of my order. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible!!! Purchased a Christmas gift in Nov and its now January still haven't received a tracking number and anytime you email them all you get is a stupid video with no help. Im contacting my bank and reporting as fraud.

This site is a scam. Many poor reviews on Reddit, where people like me purchased items and have never received a tracking number. They do not have a phone number, and only communicate through pre recorded videos.
