Sent wrong item. Trying to contact for return. No response at all. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Ordered lights, lights came and one of four did not work so contacted by email and email has been read but no reply. Now three emails sent and still no reply or exchange. Noticed on FB they have horrendous feedback for not refunding or replacement or exchanges.
Do not deal with this company !!!!!!

I’m still laughing at how I managed to get mugged with the half price pile of s**t I bought! 4 solar lights that in the photo look about 5 times the size. For £65 I expected something better than the cheapest plastic the size of my hand. Do not buy anything from them it’s a typical Chinese con…..and thats from someone who has spent many weeks in China sourcing materials! If it looks to good to be true it is LOL

Sent the wrong lights, paid for postage to return , expecting replacement or refund. No refund no replacement, spent over £100. Chasing them to do something complete waste of time, they just reply saying they will look into it but do nothing. Shameful.

So I placed an order with solarenerglighting in August for over 55 pound . I’ve been fobbed off every email I’ve sent regarding my missing item , the company are a definite scam !!! I requested my money back but they’ve completely ignored me !!! They reply on here but Trust me and don’t buy from these people !!!

still waiting for replacement,as still in warranty etc. and have sent videos of lamp issue and John Smith even though has been helpful , has now gone quite and had no reply at all since.

Ordered on 8th of July, now 29th September. Still waiting for missing part and fed up being fobbed off with excuses. £185 down the Swanee as far as I’m concerned. John Smith (is that really your name?) are you reading this ?

Never sent the bulbs with the light. Have contacted several times and am now being ghosted. Not a UK company despite the title! And as for John Smith....

my order did not arrive, be careful, it's a scam.

I'm usually good at spotting a scam but neglected to do my usual searches and now paying the price and feeling stupid. Thought this was a genuine UK company and order LED chandeliers which looked very impressive in imagery. Didn't receive what I was expecting and customer service (John Smith) already giving me vibes that I'm going to have to fight to get refund through credit card. AVOID!

Lights were advertised as being delivered within 5 working days, took 5 weeks being flown from China. When they arrived they were badly crushed in transit and totally smashed.
Despite many emails they have agreed to replace them but have not actually done this even after 3 months.

Hi jus a bit info and inconvenience with this .....if you can wait 2 weeks for delivery fine but I need my product in about 4 3 days with this ...I dont think is posible...so to long .......

Dreadfull Company to deal with do not respond quickly and continually give excusses as to why things are wrong! Waiting for a refund DO NOT USE!

poor customer services products are faulty remotes not work no instructions parts missing asked for refund failed to deliver on it immediately excuse after excuse problem with email they claim not racking history product disappeared of tracking boxes always damage on delivery lights not the lumen they said poor quality cheap plastic dreadful avoid at all costs
