SCAM! SCAM!! OVER CHARGED ME! TWO CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD!

I want to thank all the people who posted comments about this terrible company, it saved me wasting my money. So sorry you all lost your money, its not a little amount either.

This is a scam, pure and simple. I wanted to order 1 unit and I was billed for 3. I was going to simply cancel the order, but there was no confirmation page, just a page that said your order was placed without asking if any of the details were correct.

I bought 1 for 49.95.Was charged 133.18 x2 and 16.95 for a warranty. Called them and they did rermove one charge but not the warranty. I got the product and there was three (3) in the box. Called PayPal and filled a dispute. This is been going on for almost 3 months. Called Synchrony and filled a dispute with them. Sonoshine wanted me to pay 69.95 and keep the three products. I refused, then they wanted me to mail them back to England or Australia,as you can see reading reviews you never a a refund.

PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Hi all, just an update from my previous review dated 27th December 2024. After constantly sending emails to this company requesting a refund from my order, I paid for back on 26th October 2024 they are still refusing a refund as they said the goods have not been received back from me. Once again, I tried explaining that the Support Team told me that they got the address wrong not me and I never received my order but that seems to not bother this company so all I can do is keep updating my review and try to warn as many people as I can. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM

Did not receive the product as advertised, but some other manufacturer device and fewer features. Also, Very uncomfortable to use, even painful.

I ordered their product in October 2024 before the hurricanes passed through Florida. I was required to evacuate so I did. I got very sick once I reached New York and had to have surgery. Once I was ready to travel home, it was December 4. I picked up my mail and there was no package! I call the post office and Sonoshine, I wrote down the tracking number, took it to the post office, but no box! Sonoshine says it is the post office's fault. The post office says I picked it up WHILE I WAS IN NEW YORK having surgery. Hmmm. And I stand in the middle with no money and no product. Sonoshine has stated to me it is not their problem because they believe the package arrived at the post office, which it did not. And yet nothing but crickets...from anyone!

I WAS GOING TO ORDER THIS ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY WERE OFFERING A 50% DISCOUNT TO PEOPLE MY AGE. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOU WHO TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW AND SAVE THIS 69 YEAR OLD WOMAN HER MONEY!! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING THIS PRODUCT THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!! YOU'RE TIME AND ENERGY WAS NOT A WASTE!! THANK YOU!

I would give this a below zero because I never received the product I ordered in early December.

I almost bought one after seeing the add. Glad I checked here first, won't touch with a bargepole!

I too, fell for the glitzy add that claims this is space age technology to help remove plaque from your teeth and gums. Whatever they used in their ads, was nowhere close to what I received in the mail. This piece of junk plastic and metal fell apart as soon as I opened the plain white box. Before I even opened it I said to myself-uh-oh. I'm out $$$. I sent the piece of junk back the same day-that was Oct 30, and as of this date-December 4, I have NOT received my full refund. Doubt I will ever see my full refund.
Bottom Line-DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TROUBLE.

The website was mysonosparkle.com but my PayPal transaction says Sonoshine. Did not claim what it claimed in the ads. It's a metal tooth pick with a vibrater. It seems more damaging to teeth than anything. They claimed it was what you get in the dentists office. Even the most barbaric dentist wouldn't use that torture contraption. Do not buy!

My order arrived but the item didn't work. They told me I had to pay return postage to get a full refund which was going to be approx. £14. I pointed out that the item was faulty but they still refused to pay for the postage. Instead they offered me a 65% refund and to keep the faulty product. Why should I be out of pocket for buying a product. I should have looked at all the reviews before buying. I will never buy from this company again. Avoid at all costs.

No branding on box or plaque removal tool.same item from onbuy for £6.99 where as SonoSparkle charge £39.93. Item doesn't do anything at all.

I was impressed by their advert...then I read the reviews here on Trustpilot... definitely not ordering now...sounds like a big scam for rubbish equipment if you actually receive one

I purchased the Sonosparkle Ultrasonic tooth cleaner on 22 October.

I began to be a bit concerned as the item was not arriving. Plus my "receipt" on the Sonosparkle website where I purchased looked very weird, and registered £0.00.
Though I did receive two email updates about my order and that looked fairly positive and appropriate.

However, still, absolutely nothing was arriving. It's now November 6th, and I purchased on 22 October.

A couple of days ago I posted a really negative review here, as I wondered if I'd been scammed,

But customer service were actually very good, and kept in touch with me nicely!

But I still felt iffy about not having received the tooth cleaner!

Then today it arrived. It looks good, and is well packaged with instructions quite well written in English and easy to understand. We will see how nicely it works on some tooth stains that I have from too much black coffee, black tea, and a roll-up cigarette now and again!
That's only on a small area though. Otherwise as I brush my teeth very well twice a day, I don't have plaque or calculus. Even my dentist remarked on that.
So I am hoping the Sonosparkle will just deal with the stains (which the dentist keeps telling me off for!)

So sorry, Customer services. I was a bit trigger happy a few days ago.

It's likely this comes from China, and that is why there's a delay in delivery time.

Sonosparkle is a scam. Avoid.

Don't purchase anything from sonosparkle sites! It's all a scam! There is no phone number to customer service! They will deny that you placed an order but they take the money!
