BEWARE: SCAMMERS..!

The company advertises on YouTube and other Social Media – offering a 50% discount for a Plaque-removing UltraSound teeth-cleaning "contraption" – whose demonstration is relatively convincing and technically feasible..

They offer to sell a Single unit for $Xs, 2 units for a bigger discount and three units for an even bigger discount.

So you select a Single Unit and the next page offers you a “Free” gift – to be selected from a variety of cheap-and-nasty, mostly useless stuff that one can find on TEMU for cents on the Dollar.

However – BEWARE: whatever you chose might in theory be “Free” – BUT in fact you WILL pay a Shipping charge and any Tax on that as well.

You will find an option that is a “No Thanks” selection in very small print at the end of these pages: USE IT..!!

For ALL offers – because then there are subsequent pages which offer you replacement heads and other stuff. Say NO THANKS..!

Despite this, paying by PayPal – which is usually safe because at least if the company is shonky there is some recourse – in this case it didn’t work like that…! (More anon..)

... Then I received a Mail confirming my “order” for (3) units – not (1) – and extra bits and pieces plus the “free” gift – and for a total of $172.0+ – instead of $49.00..!

Writing to the company mentioning that the order is wrong and including screenshots of the PayPal page showing THREE different deductions – (totalling the above amount) – elicits a typically spastic cut-and-paste response to the effect that a “Service Agent will get back to you shortly..” (Yeah… Right!!)

An Attempt to register a Dispute on PayPal was not accepted – and with no reason given.

OBJECT LESSON: Better NOT to get sucked-in to buying ANYTHING that is advertised using Social Media outlets as you can be pretty sure that there will be some issue or another.

RESULT: Bit the Bullet and put the experience down to “learning how NOT to be sucked-in – (again)”.

I ordered and was charged THREE times for $59, $10.97 and $11.03.. and the device is useless.

Thanks Sonoshine - a valuable life lesson NEVER EVER EVER EVER trust a Youtube ad again - they freely advertise liars and con artists - at least amazon has some kind of quality control - ripped off £40 for utter rubbish

Was interested until I read the reviews.. saving my cash thank you. These sort of fake ads should be banned,

HOW I WISH THAT I HAD READ THE REVIEWS HERE BEFORE I PURCHASED!!

First off, the package had a really cheap-looking label with an image of 5 types of batteries and in large print stated:
LITHIUM ION BATTERY
This label alone made me feel uneasy and that it was untrustworthy and not worth the price. I did not order batteries so why the misleading label? It was supposed to be an order for dental scaling picks from a company called Sonoshine. I refused to open the package just because of its presentation.

Their presence online is a far cry from their packaging which looks very cheap. Nowhere on the package was the name Sonoshine nor was there a return address. In order to return the product you had to email for instructions which I have done. I will also have to pay the S&H on the return. I will be returning the unopened package and requesting a full refund of the price I paid for 2.

Purchased March 2023.
The item received was not as described and is nothing more than an opportunity to relieve you of your hard earned money.

Worst product i have ever bought. Cheaply made, the head falls off making it unusable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Their customer support is a waste if time giving you no anwers or direction and clearly no refund. The you tube add i bought this from is a marketing SCAM.

THe reason my experience is 5 stars is because after reading your's I did not buy from the scumbags.So thank you TRUSTPILOT

I hope this reach a potential customer to avoid making any transaction with this company. Once you complete the purchase, they give you fake shipping details and keep you claiming for months with no positive response, just the promise for a follow up they never make. Just ignore them.

NASTY BUSINESS

I refuse to even use this product. It comes with literally no instructions on how to safely use it. It comes with instructions on how to put it together before use. I was expecting to see pictures on the best position to hold the thing so it does it's job properly and you don't end up cutting your gums, but NO! There is no company name on the box, and the insert with the instructions for putting it together don't contain any contact or company information, although there is mention about customer service on the back of the insert, but no real way to contact anyone. You'd have to remember that you ordered it from mysonoshine.com

This 5 star review is for all the reviewers who prevented me from buying this scam product. I was just starting my order and thought let me just check reviews, I could not believe how bad they were.

Angelie from sonoshine customer service is so horrible .

My order is lost in transit and confirmed by ups saying its lost . I even sent them a screen shot of them confirming it's lost

She just writes back its still in transit . There have been no updates on the tracking in 3 weeks and they don't care

I have asked to talk a manager so many times and they refuse

I'm reporting them to the accc and trying to get my money back through my bank

The Before and After pictures are very obviously not the same person's teeth.

I feel I have to post this review out of fairness to this company. I purchased their SonoShine tooth descaler before reading all the negative reviews on this website . Note: I am not disputing these reviews as I can only confirm my own experience.
After reading all these reviews I panicked and requested my order be cancelled and my money refunded .
My email request was acknowledged immediately and within the hour my refund had been authorised . This is my honest review of my experience with this company . I am just left wondering if I’ve actually missed out on buying a good product .

I was just about to purchase sonoshine being diabetic, to take better care of my teeth. I thought it was too good to be true, so thanks for leaving reviews and saving me money and disappointed. I just bought a manual plaque kit for £4 on ebay.

Well, I'm an adult who wore braces 2.5yrs through the pandemic. Just had them removed December 2022. While my teeth look white & aligned I wanted to get extra whitening& maintain them. Upon ordering the product I made an appointment to simply whiten then by a de rally professional. Before the order arrived I had 2nd thoughts & emailed the company April 2nd. Was td by the company I an refuse or se d product back. I missed the delivery by postal service. I then sent the product back to the post office via mail the next day. Contacted the company again a week later. Two weeks, Danny notes asking if they recieved the package, was good will refund upon reciept. $57.47 paid on March 25th. No credit, no recognition it was returned. I'm out if money. Do not want anything but my money back. It's been a month & 5days. I've contacted Bank of America to dispute the fact that my refund was not given. All I get are robo messages. This is terrible customer service. I wouldn't trust the product as their us no phone# to call someone. I've made 10 emails to file up. Left my phone number but it's been grueling. Not satisfied with Sonoshine.

The product is very flimsy the adapted part that removes plaques comes apart ive seen no difference in results it material is not sturdy and is not worth the cost i would t recommend

As suspected, this product turns out to be dodgy. These days, every product advertised on YouTube, I immediately check for reviews on trustworthy sites. Thanks guys.
