Hi everybody, and thanks so much for taking the time to write your reviews. 5stars are for all you out there, who saved me from being scammed! I . have already fallen for a similar fake product this year. Was so taken by the TV advertisement on You tube, was almost about to click and buy, when I decided to double check with Trust Pilot. Thank goodness I did! and again, thanks to all you reviewers out there. I still Can't quite believe how much these scammers get away with. Take care everyone.

This is a horrible product, a complete joke and they will only refund if the package has not been open, which is also a joke since you won't know it is garbage until you open the package. Total waste of money, ZERO stars!

Total garbage, its nothing but a vibrating scraper.

People taking the time out of their busy days to warn people about companies and products that are misleading and sometimes entirely fraudulent out of the gate, helps people like me, (on a very limited income), from wasting our precious money.

Do Not Buy.
I got the sonoshine for Christmas. I used it later in January for the first time and even though it was somewhat difficult to connect the two pieces, was able to remove some plaque.
I went to use it again on the 10th of March and after putting it together it vibrated itself apart and broke in half. On Monday March 13th I call support and the only answer I got was you are out of 90 days warranty.
No sorry. No contact for the company. Just a Chinese speaking agent who did not give a flip.
DO NOT BUY this product. The company is NO WHERE to be Found. I feel they knew this product was no good when they sold it. Perhaps a manufacturing problem in the beginning or for sure a design problwm.
I WILL NEVER buy anything from an online ad again like this. NEVER. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice shame on me.
On-line advertisers will never get another opportunity.
To the Company: At the very least CARE. I do not know if the problem is Chinese 'made' but certainly the Chinese customer service was lacking.

Sounds like a class action suit for fraud. This company should be fully exposed and shut down.

Firsty they sent me the tooth plaque cleaner, WITHOUT the plaque cleaner, just the handle????MISSING THE MOST VITAL PART OF THE PRODUCT!
How am I even going to even use this product???
They might as well, have just sent an empty box...because it's just as useless!!
I notified PayPal, who notified the company, as they finally replied back, days later saying that I should have got the head,( plaque remover) also....well so nice of them to admit and confirm, it should have been included and shipped.
They than replied back to my next message, saying they have agreed to ship the head, and they won't be charging me the extra shipping cost.????
How dear they even write this??
You neglect to send me the product, then write to tell me, saying you won't be charging me, as if they are doing me a favour, for their mistake!!!???
Who are they kidding??!
They took their time replying and the claim was not settled in time with PayPal..due to waiting for them to reply...so its was awarded in their favour, very annoying!!
I would NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT ALL FROM THIS COMPANY until I update my review, to see if they do send it in good faith or not!! Unfortunately I did not read the reviews prior to purchase:(

This product sucks. It hammers your teeth and I have no sense it removes plaque. I didn’t check the reviews until after I purchased and I have multiple charges from the company. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!

Nearly purchased this until I read the reviews changed my mind, thank goodness I did, also never buy from an unknown company always check amazon first!

What a poor product. SonoShine TP008: Poorly made; turns on if you touch it; almost impossible to put the head on and it doesn't remove plaque.

Thanks guys! I almost bought this but it seemed to good to be true for the price! Electric toothbrushes cost this much or more! What really got me were multiple advertisements on AARP!!! I am so glad I checked first! Thanks again!

After my credit card purchase for sonoshine was approved I'm now getting emails from a woman called Rhoda telling me that the transaction did not go through. The company, at time of purchase, NEVER informed me that the transaction didn't go through. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I paid for this product, then something strange happened to me, so I decided to check the reviews. I contacted the bank to stop my purchase, also, canceled my card just to be more secured.
I would like to thank you guys a lot who reviewed this scam company to save millions of people from getting scammed by those thieves.

No stars. Cheap nasty product. Absolute rubbish. I had high hopes for this as did everyone on here. DON'T BOTHER.
