Soothe Habitat 

Initially was over charged by £5 which I complained via E-Mail with a request to cancel my order.
The £5 was corrected however my request to cancel order was rejected saying order had been despatched.

I contracted customer services again several days later saying I had not received order and that I still wanted to cancel order although I had been reimbursed for the over charge of £5 .
I was not happy with dealing with a company who according to feed back it was a general to over charge customers.

I received the order of 3 comfort bras which were not suitable ..did not fit…poor quality.
I contacted customer service who offered a £5 refund ..I declined no further response after several requests to customer services fir a full refund..
I will now contact by bank to request a charge back.
My advice would be to steer clear from this company .

Utter rubbish. The bras are nothing like the advertisements show. They are flimsy, ride up and offer no support whatsoever. They will be going in the bin. I have received an offer of a £6 refund after numerous emails to the Company, but now my emails are pinging back so I cannot even accept that !!

Rubbish, took ages, poor quality and wrong size. They don't want return and just I had conversation with customer service everything was OK till they delete their email adress so it's shows email adress not found, if I new the reviews I wouldn't bother, avoid

This company (Chinese) do not deserve any stars! Please do not buy anything from them. I bought a couple of Flash Drives advertised to work with any device. Unfortunately, the drives didn't work on any of my devices. When asking for return/refund they deliberately go out of their way to make it almost impossible to get either. I had to go through PayPal who eventually, found in my favour and got them to send me the return address and a full refund. I normally check out any company I order from, but this time I was in a bit of a rush, I just wish I had checked out this company before buying anything from them. Be warned....

Overcharged on what was originally ordered. When I tried to contact them emails kept bouncing back - complete scam company

Terrible company.
Over charged from what was on confirmation, order number not valid when I try to track it and still not received.

Utter rubbish do not waste your money
I usually check reviews before purchasing what a mistake not to have done so on this - never again!
Similar situation to others - charge an extra £5 on top of order for no reason
Product was flimsy, huge and absolutely no support only good for the bucket
I have managed to get an agreement to refund £20 of the £25 order so giving up any hope of full amount let’s hope I get the £20!

Should be 0 Stars. Despite calling themselves Soothe Habiat UK, the items were posted from USA & took 2 weeks to arrive. They also overcharged me by £5.12. It would seem I am not the only person who has been overcharged so clearly, it's not a one off mistake ! On arrival, the items were not as ordered & they refused to let me return for a Refund. After 22 x E-Mails, they have only offered me £5, instead of the £21 I paid. Items are very shoddy too.
I would strongly advise everyone to report them to Facebook as it's where I saw the Advert

Like many others these so called supportive bras are absolute crap flimsy and no support whatsoever this is the second time I’ve been scammed (I would call it) by a bra company I’ve got to learn to not trust these adverts that come up on Facebook it’s disgusting they allow these people to advertise conning people out of money

The bras are not supportive at all as you lift your arms the bra rides up. Very flimsy and cheap looking. They also take an extras nearly £5 out of you bank over what the order was for. Contacted them and said I would send back if they sent a prepaid envelope but they refuse and only offer £4 refund. Do not buy from this company it's a scam will have to throw the bras away as they are useless and only suitable for the bin.

I really want to give zero stars. Bras were useless. Flimsy. None support. Don't fit correctly. There's more support in a wet lettuce leaf to be honest. Description said it would lift and support. Absolute nonsense. Requested return and refund. Been told that because they sent me what I ordered they wont refund me. Offered me £2 in compensation!!! Disgusting company.

First off the extra 5£charge then when I received bras they are very poor quality and not really fit for purpose into the bargain two of the straps had been sewn on twisted rendering them useless. All in all a hopeless purchase.

OMG. I am usually cautious and careful with online buying but it was late, I was tired and in desperate need of new bras so I ordered a pack of three on offer having checked they accept returns, since of course fit is always a potential problem. Well, they arrived. Too big even though I ordered according to the size chart making no allowance for the advice about the item potentially being a small fit - so if anything they should have been too small. Also the elastic strap material was scratchy. Contacted them immediately and now seem to be in some weird bartering process instead of being provided with an address for returning them. They've asked for photos (twice), and offered paltry compensation. I have also just noticed the total on paypal is £5 more than expected, I am sure if that had shown at the time of purchase I would not have gone ahead as I distinctly recall it being a £20 gamble, £25 would have made me back out! If this carries on I will use the PayPal system to try to get my money back. I will update if this gets resolved properly i.e. returning the goods for a full refund as per their own policy!

Bought the 3 pack of bras noticed they’ed taken an extra £5 emailed them straight away and have heard nothing, ordered them 2 weeks ago and not received yet and there’s been no communication from them about my order, wishing I’d come here first so long and short of it don’t order from them total scammers..

I saw this product and thought they looked quite good. I ordered the size which was showing for me and waited. Unfortunately they were way too big. I emailed the support team and for the last 2 days have been trying to return the items. They have now offered me £2 compensation where they were much more than that. If your thinking of ordering from then DON'T!!!

Worst item ever. Flimsy see-through material with no support. Absolute waste of money

I ordered grass seed on the 8th may 2025, it was priced at £19.99 with free delivery. The invoice stated £19.99 yet they charged my PayPal £25. Apparently the extra £5 is vat yet it doesn't make that clear at any point in the ordering process plus grass seed is vat exempt in the uk....turns out my order shipped from America ! I tried to cancel the order but their designated customer service email never replied. It's now 18th June 2025, my order has apparently been in Cambridge since 6th June 2025 and there's been no update since. 2 further emails requesting updates have been ignored. I live in Manchester and even if I walked to Cambridge to collect it myself it wouldn't take 12 days. I'm currently out of pocket by £25 and infuriated by this company. My only option now is to try and get my money back through my bank as PayPal have not been helpful.....although this company does reply to emails sent by PayPal. My advice would be to AVOID this company

Agree with the other comments re the pack of bras. Nowhere near the size they claim to fit. And customer service is zero

Absolutely rubbish bras I ordered pk of 3 and not one fits they all different sizes definitely not as advertised also not good quality just total rubbish i tried to return for a full refund but not getting anywhere they said the product they sent was what I ordered (NOT) and offered me £2 refund as a good will gesture when i paid £22 this was a insult Complete Scam company. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Would give a minus 5 star review if possible 🤬
