Soothe Habitat 

Ordered the magnetic game on 18 November & it took 4 weeks to arrive. The name soothe habitat uK implies it’s a UK company & yet it was dispatched from China. Very little communication regarding arrival or dispatch. And even when it did arrive, the box was damaged. I ordered another on Amazon which was the same but better quality both on the packaging & the bag that contains the magnets. This is cheap tat from these suppliers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS IT IS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Truly awful & stressful too.

I ordered three sets of magnetic chess on the 18th of November, and after reading all the negative reviews online last week, had little hope of them arriving.

However, they all arrived this morning from China in perfect condition, and great quality.

DONT BUY ANY BRAS FROM THIS COMPANY I BOUGHT 36-G AND GOT 50-B. WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY

Don't buy from this company - a complete scam despite looking legitimate on their advert for a magnetic chess game . I have been 'had' and despite emails pretending to be sympathetic about the delivery time , nothing has changed on the tracker. Now over a month since my payment -Infuriating !!!! Suzanne

I have never order from anyone on instagram, I order the magnet games for the grandchildren I had read there reviews and all looked okay, but how wrong was I they took the money and I have not received anything and unable to contact them money I couldn’t really afford to lose but a hard lesson to learn should have read trustpilot first

I ordered a set of their outdoor lights from the website and they looked amazing, self adhesive pads app and remote controlled. The lights I have received are nothing like the ones advertised just a very cheap set of lights so very disappointed. When I asked for a refund they have asked me to send the lights back to China at my cost when they were supposed to come from the USA. This is nothing but a con and please don't order these lights from this website as you will be out of pocket and very disappointed

A so called UK business that is delivering my order in the US. It looks like the legitimate company has been scammed and copied. If paying by card, dispute with your bank as there is a process they can use to get your money refunded. Just have to wait 15 days.

Rookie mistake. Ordered magnet game then realised extra postage from USA, insurance etc. etc. doubled item price so cancelled immediately. Received email to say that because the item had been dispatched I was not able to cancel. Given that I had cancelled 5 minutes after ordering this was nothing short of miraculous!!!! No recourse to cancel after this, means I am stuck with this transaction. Moral of this sorry tale DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really angry at the minute, I haven’t received the item I ordered, the email address I got off their site isn’t the right one, no phone number 😡😡 nothing, I’ll not see that money again or the item 😡

Total scam. Do not touch them. False advertising. Will not give refunds either. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely rubbish. Don't buy from this website . outdoor lights I Received, light enterly different from Add and poduct.cannot get a refund. Cheating for everyone, please don't buy waisting money.

Complete scam site nothing like ordered and emailed and was told was correct and sent pictures in what ordered to what got and then nerve offer me £3 told them where to go.

Please boycott this company and not buy nothing from them and reviews prove it

Christmas lights
Nothing like shown on advert.all they are is a thin string light nothing to stick them.up with.total.waste of money.dont buy these light people they are a waste of money.

I bought two sets of xmas lights to go round my house off an advert on Instagram they took a while to arrive when they came they were nothing like the lights on the advert,I got intouch with them first they said they were correct and offered me 4GDP compensation thithis I refused,all I wanted was a prepaid return label so I could send them back for a refund,how wrong was,they then offered me two more compensation offers one of 7GDP and one of 12GDP ,the lights cost 49GDP!!!!
They told me I had to pay return post back go china myself!!! I asked why?? As the lights may have been shipped from China but they were distributed from a warehouse in Slough???After getting no luck in solving the problem after several emails I have finally put the matter into the hands of PayPal wether it will do any good remains to be seen the company keep insisting that the goods are correct they must be blind because the lights in there video on there website have self adhesive stick on lights and white cable the ones they sent me are cheap looking led on a clear cable with no fixings so how can they be the same???
Steer well clear from this company they are running a right scam selling stuff that isn't what is pictured,if you bought a pair of shoes online you wouldn't expect a pair of wellingtons to arrive would you!!!!!

As someone has previously said, if I could give 0 stars then I would. I am.so angry by the lack of customer service etc. I really wish I'd have read these reviews before purchasing, as it seems the same thing happens to everyone, not correct size when arrives (far too small), not from the UK, offered £1 and then £2 "compensation" when the bra cost £15!!. And if I return it I will get a full refund but it will be costly to return it. And I doubt they'd ever send the refund anyway, based on my experience up to now. I will not be purchasing anything advertised on Facebook ever again as it has made me very dubious.
