WARNING! They are a waste of time. Item received nothing at all like the item advertised!! I’ve just wasted my money and it’s just fit for the bin. They have now spoilt it for me to ever purchase from anyone on Face Book I won’t ever do so again. You don’t know what you’re buying and I’ve just learned a valuable lesson. Always check out who you are buying from first before you do.

Do not touch this company, purchased a bra, which was nowhere near the size stated, I requested a refund and they said the order was not what I wanted to return for refund, they told me to pass it on to another individual and they would compensate me with a £1 absolutely disappointed, would not recommend anyone to purchase off then!!!!!

Really bad, do not buy from them. I ordered 3 bras, far too small with zero support. I requested a return and refund. What a nightmare, they have offered £2, which I have refused. Still ongoing.

As with one or mor of reviews I've read it appeared same has happened to others. It advertises as UK company but when goods arrive and are wrong size they offer £2 then £4 even though they say you can return good if nit suitable. They then say the goods have come from China and it would cost more than the amount they cost to return them. Please don't others get fooled by them

Do not use this company. I ordered makeup and when it came it's not what I ordered. Absolutely rubbish. Emailed them and they offered me a £1 refund and then £3 refund ..I spent £13 with them. Apparently they are in china even though it is say UK.

Caught out by online business.
Bought bras from their site advertised as British Sizes; site even says UK! Received email to say being shipped from USA, when arrives they are a Chinese size 3XL, way smaller than 42DD. I was offered £2 as compensation. When I sent photos they said I’d got what I ordered. I could return to China if I wanted, but that would be costly so offered £4 compensation. Answers to my questions seem to flit between a bot and a person.
Having been caught out before by the Chinese XL sizes not matching the British equivalents I feel I was lured into a false sense of security by them using familiar sizing, and feel insulted by cheap cracks at having to return items to China and it being costly so we can fob you off with £4. Surely a company selling in the UK should abide by UK consumer law, which states I have 14 days from receipt to cancel the order and get my money back.

Scam company- goods never arrived, despite tracking saying they had attempted 3 times- which was incorrect as in each of the dates provided and no note/correspondence. Emails from company offering fraction of refund cost due to shipping- AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY!

Purchased the hair identifier spray with the dermaplaning blades after seeing advert online. Complete waste of money. The spray on the bottle doesn't work properly. It goes onto my face in blobs.

Emailed for a refund. They responded asking for photos so I sent them one of my face showing how the 'spray' went on and they replied saying:

"As our warehouse checked, your product has no quality issue.
Sorry for the inconvenience it has brought to you."

What a disgraceful response to photos clearly showing the product doesn't work.

Needs a zero rating. Stupidly responded to an ad on social media as I was duped by the .uk bit in the name. Ordered 3 x 34G bralets. Used PayPal. Payment showed a Chinese company took payment. Shipping showed items despatched from USA. They did arrive but were generically sized as XL. Not fit for purpose as they did not fit in any shape or form. Tried to get a refund and was offered £3. Argued then was offered £5. Told them I wanted a UK address to return them to and was told I’d have to send tracked mail to China which would have cost more than the £24 I paid. Luckily I raised a dispute through PayPal and the decision was given in my favour. Items donated to charity.

Would give zero stars if available. Ordered 3 bralets via Klarna. Checked status of order and a different company name appeared on the transaction called Pretucul. I found this very strange. Immediately cancelled the order and contacted Klarna. Klarna contacted me today to confirm the order is cancelled and I will not have to pay for it. Phew. Do not order anything from Soothe Habitat. Total scam

Terrible product, not fit for purpose, refuses to honour their own return policy stated on their website. Offered £2 instead of being able to return for a full refund as they do not have a UK return address! Lots of hassle. Avoid this company!

SCAM company. Bought the uplift bra pack at there was no support at all. Only offered £4 refund and no option to return. Avoid. They do not honour their returns policy at all.

Products not as described being offered compensation of £4 am told can only be returned to China do not purchase from this company.

I bought the gel decompression cushion from here and personally I feel it works pretty well, it arrived in about almost 10 days.

Purchased items which are not as described or fit for purpose. They have offered a £2 payment as compensation but not the option to return for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I received my order but the quality was very poor. The company is refusing to accept a return for refund and keeps fobbing me off with small discounts but the items are unwearable. Do not buy from them

I think this is a scam company. DO NOT buy from them. They advertise via pop ups on social media and take your money but do not deliver the goods.
You can email as much as you like and they just say "it's in transit- sorry"
As the items are relatively low value people give up.
The scam works by taking a small amount of money off a LOAD of people.
Don't buy from Soothe Habitat UK!!!
