Ordered coir coconut husk bricks with 1 brick =1.8L soil,well this must be against trading standards!! They tuned into less 500ml worth! Got in touch- steadfast they were right and their product correct!! Had to fight for refund,got 70% back

I ordered 2 dog play balls for my dog and my son's dog. The advert showed a large Retriever type dog playing happily with a medium sized ball. When I received my order the balls were very small, not much bigger than a golf ball, one had a charging cable inside the box and it was missing from the other. In order to charge them you have to twist the section apart, but neither ball would open. I paid £22.10 for 2 useless pet toys which are also no doubt a danger of choking to many pets. A complete waste of money. Definitely WILL NEVER use this Company again. Also when I ordered it was a different Company name with a UK website, so I consider this an absolute con. Please be warned.

Absolutely awful bras. Not as advertised at all and when I clicked on the support@ soothe -habitat link to request a return the email just bounced back with the message no domain found. Complete Scam company. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Would give a minus 5 star review if possible 🤬

Ordered lights for Xmas, last November. Was informed there was a problem, and would have to pay more money. Told them not my fault, so no more money. Deliver NOW or refund me. No more news, no product, no refund. Told company pay now or it will be passed on to my legal team?? Still no response

Waited a long time for what i thought ( as advertised) was an interactive dog ball.the picture showed a large dog with the ball moving about.when it finally arrived after waiting so long it was a tiny cat toy smaller than a golf ball that would choke my dog.nothimg like what was advertised very miseading ..not only was it useless but also dangerous and false advertisement.i am waiting on my reply for a refund but it seems a scam so i wont hold my breathe.

this metal tube to help you stop smokeing is totall rubish might as well suck on a plastic staw for all the good it does and a staw is way cheaper than this pile of rubish

This Company is a Chinese company not a UK one. Very misleading. A month on and still awaiting my order

Waited so long for delivery for them to send the wrong size very very disappointed indeed!

Beware!! No costumer returns!!!Emailed support and despite very poor quality products, sent pictures of the bra with lace different on one side and lots of loose threading, bra’s with no support at all… they ask for understanding and no returns allowed. Product very different from the ones advertised. Uk site but mailed from China.

I ordered underwear on the 18/1/25 I have not received anything ftom them to tell me when I will receive my order can't even tract to see where it is , took my money quick enough sounds like a scam to me don't have the decency to keep u up to date but keep sending new adds as if I would buy anything else from them

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are NOT UK based as they would like you to believe..I am currently having my multiple problems with them investigated by consumer departments both in UK and in CHINA..

Not received our package , ordered November. keep getting the same answer it's in the post. Even got charged for tracking it. Still waiting for it . Requested a refund. Reported to investigate fraud company. STAY WELL AWAY.

I ordered the magnetic game for Christmas presents on the 9th of December. No where did it indicate they were coming form Hong Kong, or I wouldn't have ordered. I did not receive them and emails to the company said ''sorry, be patient''. I told them I didn't want them now as had had to buy alternative gifts. They claimed they were delivered. They were not. They also referred me to a site that would ''track'' my delivery journey. This site wanted me to enter my credit card details where £1 would be taken to ''verify'' them/me, then £24 for an annual subscription! No way was I doing that. That's why I buy through Paypal. I asked for a refund through Paypal and whilst that was ongoing, they were delivered to me yesterday. I've had to tell Paypal they have now arrived and I have these games which are no use to me and have no chance of a refund. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company, I ordered magnetic game beginning of December tracked my package from the USA still not received them, emailed them today 3times and got the exact same email back from them. I’m taking it that this is an automated email as it’s exactly the same as the first one. I’ve asked for a refund but heard nothing from them, then email came saying my order is on its way and gave me a tracking no, which my goods are now coming from CHINA. 😡😡😡

Do not go near this company. Like many other innocent customers, I ordered 2 magnetic chess sets for Christmas presents. One month to the day they still haven’t arrived. They insist that they have been delivered to my address. No notice of the delivery date was given to me; no email to confirm my order;no evidence that they had been delivered and no card to say where I can collect the parcel if I had been out.Royal Mail say they have no record of my parcel being delivered to the local office. They gave e false information about being delivered to Walworth DO near Croydon ( they are 9miles apart and 200 miles from my address)the email replies to my questions are generated by AI. Do NOT buy anything from this company. It’s based in China. Like many others they overcharged me but the refunded the difference when I asked them to explain why they had taken more than was stated on my invoice. It’s clearly a scam!

Appalling service and even their support email address to complain was undeliverable!! .
Already waited 20 days for the delivery of presents and still not indication if and when they may arrive.
Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in the future and a score of 1 certainly isn't low enough to assess their merits

Terrible company. On checkout they overcharge you, they send a refund when I emailed them. In magnetic sets there were 20 magnets instead of 24, and no response from the company

Product ordered was not suitable due to a sizing issue,cost of product was just over £21,refund offered was £2 which was slowly increased to 8USD with no need to return items.Raised the issue with PayPal and was offered full refund if we returned items to Hong Kong, despite return address on package being in UK.Due to cost involved and complexity of international return we decided not to pursue the refund, which I'm sure was the company's intention.If you read this,just avoid this company.

I ordered 2 sets of the magnetic chess game on 9/11/2024 after seeing them advertised on Facebook. On checking my credit card statement a few days after my order I noticed I had been overcharged which sent alarm bells ringing. I began investigating company and read many negative reviews on trustpilot but thought I would email company advising them of my overcharge and they replied the next day apologising and said they would refund overcharge. Which they did. You are updated on the items movements which is great. You can track your order too. The items finally arrived on 10/12/2024 which was perfectly in time for Christmas. After such great communication between myself and company I can say this company is NOT a scam company, only issue is the time item took to arrive. Thank you Soothe-Habitat for restoring my faith in overseas companies. Would definitely use again 🙌. Happy Christmas to you all.
