wonderful quality with cheap price. worth to try

I’m extremely happy with the way my order was handled on sophieclub.co.uk. Easy to use, clear, and very easy to order/check out.
All in all I would highly recommend this website & will be visiting it again myself.

Disgraceful service.
Do not trust this company. Ordered a 4pc designer bag set and was informed it would take 2-7 working days. I am now on my 12TH WORKING DAY with no co-operation or information as to where my parcel even is despite numerous e-mails. They just keep sending me generated e-mails.

They also started taking £29.95 a month from me without getting me to agree to anything!

Cheap company.

*EDIT* within 5 minutes of posting this review I have had calls from unknown numbers, likely this pathetic excuse of a company phoning me up to bribe me in to removing my review and leaving a good one. Disgusting!

Also note they have reported someone else below mine as it's bad. They are laughable!

*EDIT* Received a lengthy e-mail from Claudia apologising and offering me a refund, very thoughtful but perhaps they should be monitoring their staff and the way they deal with things. It should not take numerous e-mails, a bad review and 16 days for someone to give me an answer.

first i thought surely they had made a mistake when i saw the bag and It was such a small price for great quality im am more than happy with my great purchase thank you.

Only thing I would suggest is if people want to buy they are limited for example if wanted to purchase few items then again this should be thought about.

I am very happy with my purchase. I bought a Bag and a Bracelet with Shophieclub. The items arrived as per their standard time frame which is 2-7 days. The items are of high quality and well packed. Also, the website is very easy to browse and there are many items with reasonable prices. Overall it was a great experience.

I am very pleased with the entire experience I had from first looking on your website all the way to recieving and opening my purchase.The website was easy to navigate,items had lots of detail and ordering was a piece of cake.I received my order within the estimated time and it was packaged very well.The bags themselves are gorgeous,quality is amazing and for the price I paid including postage I can say I have never ever been as satisfied.You guys are amazing,keep doing what your doing,the items are awesome,prices are awesome,sophieclub is awesome.Love ya mwah.
