The process was smooth sailing and within the completion timeline, no delays and being one of the first batch to move in, we truly appreciated all efforts from SoResi.

An exceptional thanks to Ayse at Westhorpe Gardens, she has been exceptional with highest standards in meeting our hope for a new home. We are super excited to have completed with no fuss or stress.

Not to forget Temel’s professionalism and friendly approach, who tirelessly helped us alongside Ayse in getting all preliminary process ticking. We thank you as well.

Amber-Leigh was fantastic on the progression process. Very helpful, responsive, and made everything clear from start to finish. We’re very grateful for Amber-Leigh’s guidance and support.

And finally we met Elliz on completion day for the first time for the key collection and handover and again another professional service at the highest level. Elliz was very helpful and super-knowledgeable on the smart energy gadgets and resolved some teething setup. A big thank you.

Klaudia Miara was my selling agent for SO Resi when selling my SO property. She worked really hard chasing the various solicitors and parties involved and getting things actioned. She responded to my emails and calls. She was proactive and listened to my concerns.

I am a first time buyer with my girlfriend and approached SOresi with regards to shared ownership. I was replied to very quickly and arranged a meeting where we saw the floor plans and review the whole project and house plots on the site we liked. We was meet by Jacqui and Andrea, who were wonderful and answered every question we had. They have been amazing with emails (fast replies). They have adapted there approach from emails and phone calls as I personally prefer phone calls. Whilst we was there we spoke to a mortgage broker who was friendly and very quickly to get us results back. The whole process of initially inquiring about the property was smooth and had no bumps during this process. We was then excepted for a property and emails came through thick and fast with clear and precise next steps. We have had multiple leaflets about shared ownership the pros the cons the what to look out for. SOresi have been very open and honest and have made this whole process very smooth. We’re currently at the stage of gaining a mortgage and sorting things out with a solicitor. However, so far as a first time buyer and hearing a lot of negatives around stress levels of moving this has been a complete opposite to how I have felt. I can not thank Andrea and Jacqui enough.
