Great service, clear instruction and a win

I contacted Fergus and the team at Sorrymate for assistance with an accident involving my partner as pillion in 2023.

Even with the accident being over a year before, Fergus was immensely helpful in explaining exactly what the process was, what to expect and kept us updated regularly.

Really nice guy, knows his stuff and is a fellow biker.

I was knocked off my bike in May 2024
My insurance company passed my non fault claim to their claims handlers who were worse than useless and only interested in taking my bike away and forcing me to hire one of theirs.

Throughout the whole eight months Joanne has been amazing and has kept me updated at every step of the process. Mark was very attentive and kept me up to date with every procedure between SorryMate and the Highway Agency.

Lots of communication at the start, then changed people 3 times and had to fight for any communication or updates. The personal touch disappeared too, very formal and robotic emails. At one point I went 8 months without hearing anything, even when I chased for updates etc. Very disapointing, and knowing that they took 25%, whereas my friend that used them got charged a lower percentage and recieved a better service.

Would not hesitate in in using sorrymate.com for any legal matter.
The main point above others is how happy they are to reply to your questions, no matter how trivial, I might have had ongoing through the case promptly. Immediately keeping me up to date with any progress in my case

I was injured in an accident I was initially passed over to my own solicitors via my insurance company these guys were really bad no communications very slow to respond. I googled some solicitors and sorry mate came up trumps with good reviews so decided to switch solicitors and then the ball started to move. Overall Joanne has been dealing with my case her communication is absolutely great you get a text followed with an e mail to be honest since I moved to sorry mate and Joanne dealt with my case I have only called them once she's so good at what she does and sorry mate obviously specialise in motor bike accidents. After recieving an offer to which Joanne advised was too low she went forwards with court proceedings to which the 3rd party came back with what Joanne thought was a really good offer. If you've had a bike accident give these guys a call trust me.

Where to begin to extol the virtues of Fergus Dalgarno and his team of dedicated professionals?? I was involved in a motorcycle accident in April 2019, liability was not in dispute and my legal team (DAS law} had a clear kick at the goal. After five and a half years I sacked them on the basis they were worse than useless. It was a massive leap of faith contacting Fergus at Sorrymate but I needn't have worried. Fergus and his dynamic team know their stuff and had finished the job start to finish in six months. Not only that but they managed to obtain a 33% higher settlement for me than 'that other lot', simply genius...!! Right from the word go you have confidence in what's happening and you feel like you can leave them to get on with it. You have a keen Motorcyclist acting for you and make no mistake Fergus knows his onions! Having to deal with DAS law was stressful and you get the feeling they couldn't care less. A big thank you to Fergus and his team for bringing a very stressful episode in my life to a successful conclusion.
