Brilliant and professional from the sorrymate team with my claim. Sorrymate can't do enought for you. I could fully trust my solicitor always knew he was looking after me

I had a minor accident on my bike when a van reversed into me. It cost £25 to repair a footpeg and I had a bit of a backache, but nothing serious.

When I claimed with my well known bike insurance company, they farmed me off to another firm whose only interest was taking my bike away from me for as long as possible so they could claim storage fees from the third party. I read 1-star horror stories on their review site.

From the moment I called SorryMate.com It was a weight lifted of my shoulders. The solicitors recommended by my insurance company were the negative side of useless. Flash website, however that's where the service ended.....no communication, updates, advice...etc. over 4. months. Had a chat with Sorry Mate at the bike show and the transfer went very smoothly.
