All through the very sorry episode after my accident, caused by a third party, Sorry Mate were on the ball and kept me informed of the action taken on my behalf. I was very impressed with Ms. Hoskin and her colleagues to achieve a satisfactory result.

Where shall I start the accident I had my accident in October 2018 and I think a lot would describe as it being horrendous my injuries were catastrophic and I shouldn't have survived I was literally had my chest completely opened up as I was dead. 🤷‍♂️ and I have no memory whatsoever of what happened that day which for Liz and Dan and her team made this a very difficult job. My case was a long drawn out difficult one for them. It was finally resolved basically a fortnight before it was due to go to court so I settled out of court in my favour. My case would've been a lot easier if the stubborn old goat would've admitted liability but that wasn't the case so the guys were left with a challenging case pursuing every avenue possible to get me the outcome I received.

I had a bike accident back in 2017 and used a company that was given to me they where rubbish. I found Sorry Mate who took on the claim, it was difficult as my injuries where serious. Sorry Mate managed to settle the claim for an amount I had no idea I would get. Then the insurance company would not pay my medical expert items, but Sorry Mate took them to court and won.
They are extremely good at there job and I used them again in 2020 when knocked off again so had 2 cases going at the same time.
My 2020 was settled quick and the 2017 was settled 2022.
Would recommend to anyone who has been knocked off there bike. Worth the wait in my case.
