Even though I gave full site permissions to record media (sound and camera), it still gave me an error message. "SortSmart™ says
You must give media recording permissions". I was not able to take my interview because of this.

I had a wonderful experience using this product!!

It was a great experience and it is presently after using the sort smart platform.
A system that gives everyone a rare oppurtunity to be selected without any bias

I felt that the process was more relatable, and strangely I had more confidence in the process than I would any other selection process.

I really enjoyed the SortSmart interview. I found the questions interesting and they actually made me reflect on my experiences. I would have rated the interview a 5 star, but I did have some technical difficulties accessing the link to the interview and sample interview. I also had some technical difficulties while the interview was in progress. I also would have liked if a second screen would have been available to view my performance during the interview. Not to be able to edit, but just to be able to readjust my position if I had moved and was out of focus and to make it more interactive instead of talking to the screen of the computer. Perhaps, if the system included short recordings of interviewers asking the questions it could possibly feel more interactive and closer to a face to face interview. Only suggestions, thank you again for giving me the opportunity to participate and be consider for the scholarship.

I enjoyed the SortSmart interview. I enjoyed the questions that were asked, but I would have liked to be able to see my video recorded answers either when I was answering or in a review. I also experience some technical difficulties, but overall the interview was good. Thank you.

I feel like this was a great way to perform this scholarship tool. I enjoyed the questions and the mixture of video recorded responses and text based answers ensured their was versatility and would therefore cater to all individuals.

Easy to take and good idea

Great innovative tool to use for interviewing. Easy to use template with clear instructions provided. Would recommend to include more video responses and less type responses.

I wasn't able to complete the interview because everytime I clicked submit on one of the questions, it wouldn't go to the next question, therefore, wasn't able to finish. Otherwise, SortSmart was working fine up until the sudden freeze.

Very different kind of scholarship, the questions were interesting so I actually enjoyed it.

This company sent out a scholarship email to me. The steps on the initial email were as follows: fill out a quick initial survey, email the company that you were done, and then fill out another survey after. The first survey had a lot of questions on transparency which I found ironic because when I went to get the second survey I was told that I would have to do an hour long interview on top of everything else. Would have been nice to know that in the beginning before I started everything. Maybe you should be a little more transparent with your scholarship process before sending out surveys about transparency.

I really enjoyed this experience as it was just like a real interview, just without the nervousness of having to face real interviewers.

I felt that SortSmart gave me a chance to present my personality and beliefs. The questions were somewhat predictable and allowed for a variety of answers.

I did not find the method that much different than things I would be asked on any interview, and things that I would write in a personal statement.

Easy to use, helpful

The SortSmart test was a fun experience. I believe it is an effective interviewing tool and the future of how interviews will run for various programs. One downside to the test was that I wish there was more time given to some of the questions, especially the ones with several sections. Although SortSmart in a way tests quick-thinking ability, the time that was given for certain questions was definitely not enough.

SortSmart was very helpful! I think the amount of time given for answering questions was fair. It felt similar to an in person interview due to the time constraint when answering questions. I felt a little bit of pressure when answering the questions, which is expected, just like in an actual interview. Overall, it was easy to use and a great learning experience.
