All the products came on time and in good condition. It would be helpful if the online receipt was in english and if I had received a delivery date and tracking code. Overall good quality products, need to iron it before wearing and would definitely buy again from Sotra. Thumb Up for me.

I am in love with the clothes I purchased! The abaya that I bought has a beautiful design and is exactly what I was looking for. The zip is a really nice touch which maintains modesty of a higher neckline and ease when putting it on and taking it off. The khimar is lightweight and has nice stitching and pairs nicely with the abaya. The half niqab is nice and comfortable and the wide strap means it doesn’t hurt the ears or is too tight to mark the face. The colours in the picture are true to real life, which is a relief. Definitely a fan of sotra.co and In Shaa Allah I will be ordering from them again!

Good quality and fast shipping. But i think you have to be a little bit more honest with som of the products like the white niqab, it is almost transparent. Putting another layer would help to reduce the transparency. Otherwise no complaints when it comes to the service. Best wishes

Very trustworthy! My package took a bit until it got delivered, I contacted them and they answered fast, putting my mind at ease. Package arrived soon after and they were nice enough to add some sweets and discount vouchers 😃overall great service and quality 5/5

They have advertised that delivery costs are covered once customer spends €90. After spending €135 items have been held at customs as costs have not be covered. Upon contacting sotra they have refused to pay to costs said its not there responsibility and have left me running around to find the correct contact at transglobal to request them to return the items. Waste of time, didn't honor the trust, didn't help resolve the problem l, items have been held for 4 days and for days I have been trying to get hold of someone at sotra to be told to request a return if I'm not going to pay for the delivery costs outstanding at customs!!!!!??? Is this acceptable?

Wish it had longer length options for taller girls like me. Also international shipping takes too long and I only live in Europe.
