I never recieved any emails regarding my order which concerned me so I emailed and messaged on instagram but was not responded to on either. I ordered 1 week ago and still have not recieved my order and have no information about its where abouts or when I will recieve it.

Delivery takes forever ! Said they would ship on the 20th and still haven’t shipped the items.

I ordered in october. Waited one month and then finally got the answer that the clothes were out of stock. Since then I tried to get the money back without success. I emailed many times and waited weeks for a reply. Tried also through Facebook and whatsapp but still havent got the money back.
Very dissappointed because I love the clothes but Im scared to order from you again.

Easy to naviguate and translated version comes up almost immediately.

beautiful dress. fast delivry and they gave some qute dates and other sweets. thank you very much! The dress is a little bit long for me because im 1.59 m so i had to shorten it.

Site is clear on what is in stock and what isnt. They have really nice clothing, quality is very good. The order was sent super fast and got yummy dates to taste.

My package got delived within 1 day, which is amazing.
Not a single thing that went wrong. The webshop is good and so was the delivery.

On Sotra instagram acc said that they will ship all orders after March 17, and here I am on March 21 with no email confirmation of my package being sent.
Very unprofessional.

Very nice and warm! The colour is even better in real than on the pictures :) Goes well with many skirts and is suitable for work too.

I'm really happy with the products that I got, however unfortunately one item was never delivered and I never got a response to my e-mail asking about the status of that item. The packaging of the other items was beautiful and felt very luxurious which is why I still like to think that this was all just a mistake. Nevertheless I would have been very happy if I had at least gotten a response to my mail since my money is now apparently just gone.

At first I thought that my package needs really long to arrive but they directly excused theirselves and put a 15%discount in my package. I bought 2 abayas, I like the fabric and I'm definitely ready to buy my next islamic clothing on sotra again.

Received a defective abaya. The front and back of the amaarah abaya in midnight blue are visibly uneven from a corner

I ordered 2 Abayat from Sotra, the quality of the fabric is mashallah very good, I am more than satisfied.

Besides that, I like your abayas, but they are too long for my height. And I like the khimars, but the are a bit heavy. Besides that I like your Brand and your packaging is great. The cookies and dates and gift cards are really cute. But please answer my question in whatsapp. Thanks
