Sotra left one item out of my parcel... their customer service is disgusting. Once you email your they take over a week to get back to you. I emailed them the day I got my parcel and got an automatic reply to say they would answer within the week. They didn't!! They happily posted all over Instagram in the week up to their reply. so I tried contacting them via Instagram and guess what? They don't answer messages over Instagram either. When they did reply 8 days later I had to give them my order details and what was missing and they said they would post it out. Its been a good month now and I have nothing. I asked for a tracking number and they haven't had the decency to send me that... Ive had more emails asking me to review them on trustpilot. 7 or 8 to be Precise! I raised a PayPal complaint with them too but they didn't answer PayPal. Anyone who fancies proof is more than welcome to message me. Sotra would do well to improve their customer service. Their products may be ok but I would never recommend on their customer service record.

Quick delivery, lovely abaya, great material. Looks exactly like the pictures, but it's a little bit too long for me. I wish that the other colours weren't sold out or else I would've gotten more.

Items shipped extremely quickly & were well-packed. The colors were just beautiful & vibrant, in person, as there were on the website. I am completely pleased with my purchase.

I originally gave this company two stars after it had only been like 3 weeks and my items were not yet delivered. I was hopeful. Boy was I wrong. I'm on week 8 and have yet to receive my items. Not only that the customer service is HORRENDOUS. Absolutely terrible, only after I had requested a refund due to the LACK of communication did they suddenly get customs clearance and sent my items. They haven't answered any other emails I've sent, they don't care about your customer experience. You won't even be acknowledged when you tell them that you're having a bad experience and they falsely advertised the amount of time it will take to ship items overseas. Well done sotra for caring more about your Instagram posts than your customers. Honestly this company is awful and if you're thinking of buying from here, do yourself a favour and don't.

Masha’Allah I love my first purchase! All the colors are 100% true to the picture and the elastic sleeves of the basic abaya make doing wudu so much easier! I’m definitely going to buy more colors! The XXL Saudi hijab is as big as a khimar snd can be styled so many different ways! Shipping to the US was also very timely ☺️ So happy I found this store!

The products were amazing and also the quality and the material was soo nice and they fit me very nicely. Loved the colors and also looved the sweets which came with the package. Soo yummy. The staff was very kind and responded to my questions. Great job ❤🌺💕

The service was excellent, the delivery wasn't too long considering we're in a pandemic and they are shipping from another country outside the UK. Also gave an extra item for free!

Impressed really ! Everything was perfect, delivery in France in 3 days, help service answered me in 10min and solved my problem in less that 30min after a little problem of adress, beautiful abayas, everything is better that what I was expecting thanks you soooo much ❤️

I bought an abaya that I'm very happy with. The fabric is very cooling and comfortable, it's thin yet not see-through which is very important. The fit is modest and beautiful.
I had some issues with my order at first and when I contacted them they were very willing to help me out, good service.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! Ordered quite a few pieces and was a bit apprehensive as it was my first time ordering from their store but the parcel came today and I’m honestly blown away. The pieces are absolutely stunning! The package was beautifully wrapped and even came with a dua’a card for putting on new clothing. Would definitely recommend!! 10/10. JazakAllahu khayran. I was sent an incorrect order, the khimaar I received was not the color that I purchased. I contacted Sotra repeatedly and no one ever responded to me. I was never sent a return label so I couldn’t make an exchange. Sotra sent me the wrong item and never fixed it. 0/10 Would not recommend.

Best website and trust

One of my fav shops, im looking forward to come to the netherlands just to visit sotra in person. Also pretty much excited to shop online again at sotra! So satisfied and happy!
